Staff was friendly at check in. We had questions and they were able to help. Tile and carpet rooms, plugs and USB next to the beds, high and sturdy beds, good breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles. Military friendly.

It's been refreshed. There are signs of wear that have been dealt with. Like, someone probably hung from the shower curtain and ripped it out of the wall. It's repaired and clean. Still, the shower head needs to be replaced.

Breakfast was good, main component was scrambled eggs and bacon. Had cold cereal, sweets, cooler with yogurt and several other things. Juice machine, coffee machine, waffle maker with regular and flavored sauce.

We were west bound, Navigation directed us to exit toll road early and we drove cross country for about 7 miles. Toll road access is just down the road a bit to the west which is where we should have exited. The second item is a suggestion for the motel, I would think it would be a good idea to install a hand bar in the bathroom on the wall next to the shower. Would make it easier for senior citizens. Attached a photo showing recommended location, between shower and door.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Matt at the front desk, he was incredibly nice!) Rooms were large and bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. Pool was nice. Free breakfast had a lot of selection and there was coffee 24/7.

Overall it felt a bit run down and outdated. Hugh potholes in the parking lot.

The location is good. Near Interstate 80 and it’s within walking distance to a variety of restaurants (fast food and better). We walked to Rockne’s, which we enjoyed. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good Internet speed and TV. Good place to stay after a very long day of driving. Would return.

Breakfast was kind of blah.

BF was good the attendant Laura was very attentive. It is difficult to give outstanding ratings when you are used to having the rooms serviced daily but the Comfort in was clean and well maintained for its age.

We found the hallways and corridors to be very stuffy. The rooms were well ventilated when you adjusted the AC. We did not like the fact that the smoking area on the side of the building was directly outside the side door.

Everything was good. After traveling a lot recently it was refreshing to stay somewhere that was clean, kind, organized and exactly as they advertised. I also want to say that their in room heating and air conditioning system was excellent.

The breakfast was great, the pool was warm, the beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing

For the most part The room was clean but there was a papertowel stuffed into the heat register on the bathroom wall, there were crumbs under the bed and there was a stain on the bed skirt but overall not a huge deal

We liked the location, beds, staff, and breakfast.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The bathroom was so small that they had to cut the corner of the countertop for the door to open.

Neat, clean, up-to-date, front desk person helpful, breakfast adequate, only a short distance off hwy 80, safe and quiet location.

Best bed we've slept on across several hotel chains.

It was out of the chain's control but our room was more than we'd have preferred to pay due to a baseball game or event we didn't know about prior to booking and supply and demand.
