The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable! The shower was great! The room was nice and cool. We had a very nice view of Bricktown on floor 8!

I booked thru Booking.com and was quoted a price. When I checked out I was charged $40 more. I explained this to Gracie at the front desk and she was less than helpful. She said that was the price in the computer and she could not change a price. I told her to get someone who could. Gracie had a very poor customer service attitude. The client service manager was able to help and correct the issue.

Convenient location, the bar tender was really friendly ... even helped us with our luggage cart when he was coming on shift ( we didn't know he was the bartender or worked there at the time). Checking in was friendly and made us feel Welcome. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable , and it was quiet.

Very clean and quiet hotel! Everything within walking or scooter distance, we went for a OKC Thunder game and was easy to just walk instead of driving and paying for parking! Brickopolis just around the corner.

The pricing on snacks and drinks downstairs was a little pricey in my opinion, would definitely bring our own next time. Ice machine not working on 4th floor

Said heated pool online pool was freezing cold. Fire alarm went off at 6am that was a nightmare with two kids. Room keys wouldn’t work half the time kept having to get them reprogrammed, staff was snappy at times, restaurant closed the kitchen and hour before they closed

Front staff at desk did not seem to like their job. Unable to handle multiple tasks. Not very personable. Needs customer training!!Ramona in breakfast area was delightful and very personable. Give her a raise! The cook too! Best breakfast we have had on our vacation. They know how to help start the day off RIGHT and with a SMILE! They LIKE their Jobs and they like people!

We had horrible service in the lobby bar/grill on 05/04. The food was not great either. I worked in hospitality industry for 20+ years and I am usually very forgiving, but not this time.

IHOP right across the street and their service was excellent, highly recommend them. Appreciated the valet parking and the pool for the kids. Front desk staff were really nice and accommodating.

Continental breakfast would have been nice.

Location was fantastic. Parking was very convent but valet option only; the nearby parking lot w/ pay to park was more expensive than the valet available. Food at restaurant on site was good, beds were very comfortable.

I was unaware of the pet fee prior to staying. That is typical, but I did not see it clearly on listing.

The breakfast was very good and the food service staff were very friendly. The location is excellent for Bricktown access.

One of the elevators stopped working, so there was a lot of congestion on all of the floors when people were trying to check out, go down to breakfast, and even the workers couldn't move between floors to get their jobs done. There is no parking. Only valet, or a parking garage a few blocks down.

Everything! Great staff, room, and hotel! The location was in the heart of everything!! Loved being able to walk to Mickey Mantles Steakhouse and Toby Keith's bar & grill with my 84 year old Mother. Can't say enough great things about this place!! Until next time....
