This motel was perfect for us and checked every box. We requested a downstairs room and they were quick to let us know they could accommodate us. The location is downtown and next to many restaurants and stores and very walk-able. We like to be part of the bustle and are not sensitive to noise so we often choose central locations. We enjoyed that the high school was having a weekend car wash across the street and happy sounds could be distantly heard through out the day. We were in town for a wedding/family get together and stayed three nights so we were able to observe how much the owners take care of the property. Every morning they were out tidying the public areas and had nice staff restocking and cleaning rooms. Our room had a nice "larger" mini fridge that easily fit everything we needed. Whenever possible I choose places with opening windows for air flow and ambiance. We even left our door open most of the time because the location felt so safe, watched over and cared for. It was in the mid to high 80's when we were there. They have air conditioning but we opted for open windows and door and fan only and were very comfortable. The rooms have K-Cup coffee makers so making coffee in the morning was easy and delicious! They happily gave us extra coffee upon request. I do recommend bringing your own cream and sugar though since the packets they provide have powdered creamer and tiny sugar packets. Our queen room was big, bright and clean. I loved the "Pergo" style floors and the real wood shutters. The bedding and shower were also very good. Roger was so nice. He was there when we checked in and I had somehow made two bookings through two different companies and really confused the check in portion. He was so patient and helpful and even cleared up any charges for the second booking. I was so sorry for the mess it created for him and extremely appreciative for his help. THANK YOU ROGER!

Our room did not really have a proper full length place to hang clothes but there was so much room that I was able to hook and hang my "wedding outfit" on the ironing board attached to the wall. I could see that some rooms had full size hanging spaces and I am sure that can be requested if that is needed. The bed was also firmer than I prefer but not too firm for a few nights. These are just a few minor things that may matter to some but in no way out numbered all the things we value in a room. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if we return to Grants Pass.

I stay here a few times a year and the rooms are always very clean and the linens crisp. The easy chair could use re-upholstering, it's a little grubby.

Cable TV isn't good and the remote controls are laughable with hardly any buttons. The selection of TV channels is very minimal, and there's no guide that will allow you to see what is on and go to that channel . One room had a very poor tuner on the TV and the guide didn't even tell you the names of the channels .... channels were designated numbers like "42-1" but there's no way to enter that on the remote. The next room I got had a slightly better tuner.

My second visit to the property..just as nice as my first. Convenient location on old Hwy 99, easy to reach from and depart to I 5. Very pleasant and accommodating couple in the office. Comfortable bed, excellent AC, plenty of storage for clothes and personal items. The usual bedside lamps also have a small separate reading lamps. Cute mini kitchen. Simple decor and beautiful earth tone paint scheme. Very, very clean.

I have no complaints..

Check-in was easy. The room was fantastic in all respects. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, and included a small kitchen. The bathroom had a heater/fan, excellent water pressure, a hair dryer, and stylish bathroom amenities. There was even an ironing board and iron! The owners put some thought into decorating and all the fixtures are modernized and in great condition. The value for the price is outstanding. We will definitely stay there again.

The stove didn't work.

Location was great for walking around to go to nice restaurants, concerts at the theater, and neat shops. The facility was well lit and felt safe with the security cameras outside. Staff was very accommodating; they let us check in a little early, as well as keep our vehicle parked there for a few hours after checkout so we could get lunch and shop without having to find parking.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable after awhile. I did have some back pain after sleeping. It also creaked a little with any movement. Otherwise, the room was great.

The front desk was friendly. The location was convenient. The room was as advertised and good value for the price. Good air conditioning. Nothing to complain about.

Their website seems to indicate a continental breakfast but there wasn't one because, as explained by the front desk, they stop during covid and haven't been able to re-establish it. Not a big deal but I would suggest updating their website.

Super clean, nice room! Large enough. Great bed. Very close to the event we were attending that night at the The Rogue Theater. Everything as advertised. Front desk lady was nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

Could have used a pillow or 2 more. There were 3 which is fine, but 2 more would have allowed for some better leg propping. The upholstered chair and footstool were a little greasy looking.

Newly remodeled, very clean nice lighting, furniture and TV. The bed was very comfortable.

First person I dealt with was somewhat curt and seemed unhappy, I was interrupting his dinner. But the lady the next morning checking out was sincerely delightful and professional and made up for the man the day before.

We appreciated the “kitchenette”, plenty of options to charge tablets and phones.Ports in lights next to bed ,nite lights by bed. Alarm clock radio! Vintage microwave too. Internet works, comfortable bed & fluffy pillows great shower w handheld too

The only thing (which I suppose you could ask for) I think more than 2 sets of towels per room would be nice 😊

I didn't know that there was a breakfast but I was up and on the road by 7:30am. My room was spotlessly clean and very quiet which is something the seems to very very rare these days. I will definitely stay here on my next trip through Grants Pass.
