Great value for the money! The bed was very comfortable and despite being on a busy street, very quiet at night. Great location in downtown with many antique stores, restaurants and bars. There is a 7-11 across the street and a Human Bean coffee drive thru right next door. Did not use the pool, it is located right next to the entrance and although not large, I'm sure would be nice on a hot summer day. Only stayed one night enjoyed chatting with the owner over coffee in the morning. If you want a no frills place to stay in downtown like I do, this is a great place to stay!

Would prefer a coffee maker rather than Microwave in the room. Could use some towel holders in the bathroom.

The owner was very nice and helpful, when I came in I told him about some car problems i was having and he directed me to some nearby mechanics and also to his go-to mechanic, now I wasn’t able to go to his because they were booked for two weeks down the line but it’s the thought and care that counts. The room was clean and had no problems that I noticed, All in all I had a good stay.

I guess some of the motorcycles that drive by are sort of loud but that’s not really a problem with the establishment

The gentleman in the office was delightful! Friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. The refrigerator did a wonderful job!

There was trash in the waste basket that had undoubtedly been overlooked. WiFi signal was often very weak, but not a problem for the casual user like me.

I wanted a place near to Riverside Park and this room was located just a couple of blocks away with well lit sidewalks the whole way. A convenience store/gas station was right across the street and there was a coffee shop within walking distance, as well.

The stairs to the second floor were crumbled and uneven in some spots and made judging my steps a little tricky, but they were manageable if you paid attention.

Staff friendly and welcoming. The motel building is old, but i can see they are updating the facilities. My room was clean and comfortable. Quick walk up SW 6th to Rogue Roasters for coffee and pastry and then popped into Handprints Studio and Shop on my walk back and bought some beautiful handmade papers. Easy walking. Only couple blocks from the Rogue river.

I would have preferred hotter water in the shower, but that's really just me...I would stay there again.

Just right for traveling through and just need-a-place-to-stay at a reasonable price that is clean, safe, and comfortable. There is a grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants and I was able to charge my Leaf at the Walmart parking lot about one mile away. I was traveling solo and I felt safe and slept well. The Lady in the office was friendly and efficient.

Outside looked a bit rough but clean and if you don't judge a book by its cover then you'll find it's a good place to rest your head.

This is my go-to motel when Im in Grants Pass. The owners are always nice, the rooms are uncomfortable and the price cant be beat for what you get. An A+ for the shower in Room 114.

The place is old, so there's always going to be minor issues, but the owners do a great job with upkeep and are always making improvements.

The room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. We were there for a bowling tournament and had enough room for all the stuff without tripping over bowling bags.

Bring your own coffee maker, there wasn't any provided. There is a coffee drive thru next to it though.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly.. I was just passing by in the middle of the night and the receptionist was super nice during the check-in.. I only stayed for a short time but I’d consider going back in a future opportunity!! Good value for the price.. the room was super clean and comfortable and I slept very well!!

Wifi inaccessible, but didn't follow up with office to troubleshoot since it was not important to us. Would like more tv channels, but really all we needed was a comfortable bed and bathroom. Great price for comfortable room
