The property is really beautiful, they maintain it impeccably, the staff was kind to me and extremely helpful, and the price in comparison to other places I’ve stayed in the area as of late was exceptional for what they’re offering.

I would have loved to have had a bagel and cream cheese or a low sugar option at breakfast, as breakfast options were limited to cereal, instant oatmeal, and yoplait style yogurt. But honestly their amenities were wonderful otherwise, and I would rebook here in a heartbeat.

Nice location, nice to be in walking distance of the Britt Festival. Continental breakfast was good. Rooms comfortable. Perhaps during room exchange he leave the window open. I could smell it was a “dog room “. Perhaps it was the last room is why I got it? The toilet never stops! It keeps running ( room 111). Annoying. If stayed more than one night, would have had to repair it or exchange rooms…

Was a nice looking place. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The heat pump proved to be a huge positive since it was 110° while we were there.

The noise from the room above is which was not the hotels fault. The family was very loud speaking and the kids were jumping off the bed repeatedly and running loudly starting at 8:00 am. Very disappointing that people have no regard for how loud they are or have no control of their children. But not the fault of the staff. No sound barrier insulation and bad luck for us.

This inn is an excellent place to stay while in the Jacksonville/Ashland area. The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is awesome for exploring downtown Jacksonville and for an immersive experience with friendly shop owners and restaurateurs in and around downtown.

We had absolutely zero issues with our two rooms. The only negative would be that the town has only one gas station but it is open 24 hours.

I love that our room had hardwood floors, which feels much cleaning the carpets. The room is larger than most, the air conditioner worked, and was very quiet, and the blackout shades were affective. Also, there was always parking available right in front of our unit. There were many outdoor areas, many with shade, for groups to sit in to chat or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet in the morning was simple but adequate.

It was adorable! We came in late at night but it felt pretty safe. The check-in post hours wasn’t too complicated and the parking was great! I liked that I could park right in front of my door. I traveled with my sister and my mom. My mom has pretty sensitive skin so she hates staying at hotels and inns because they’re usually never clean enough and causes her to break into rashes. This was not the case here. It was so clean that she had no problems at all! Breakfast was a short walk away, continental style. Boiled eggs, these chocolate chip cake things, yogurt, coffee, decaf, orange juice (I think), oatmeal, and cereal were on the spread. They had this cute patio/deck eating area attached to the lobby/breakfast area. The staff was super nice! My sister forgot something after we checked out and they caught that pretty much as soon as we left. Cleaning service was prompt and they called to make sure we got her items! Lovely!

Just how far it was from I-5. But honestly, it was worth the extra time driving.

We loved the amount of green grass and shade, very dog friendly :). Nice to even get a "doggie basket" at check in The breakfast was an awesome way to start our day! And the general manager was especially friendly and had a great smile! Super comfy bed and pillows! And, awesome shower (hot and excellent pressure!)

We appreciated the almond milk, but maybe another vegan/lactose free alternative at breakfast? (yogurt? muffin?) Pretty expensive dog fees when we are paying nightly rather than for "entire stay"

Electric vehicle charging, essential to our trip and advertised as included, did not work. We had verified it when booking, so that was extra disappointing. Included breakfast was very very basic.

Comply beds, good shower, lots of parking. Good air conditioning. The room was fairly quiet, even with its proximity to the road. The staff was helpful and provided us with a microwave on request.

The light outside our window at night made the room as bright as daylight so it was a bit hard to sleep.

Continental breakfast was a bit lacking. Cereal and a few cold muffins plus coffee. No butter or microwave to warm the muffins. No toast and nothing hot but the coffee. Staff was very helpful.
