The location is right off the freeway, so it was a quick trip to get there. The breakfast featured both hot and cold foods, so it met my expectations--didn't exceed them, but very adequate. They had "to-do" boxes handy which was thoughtful, as I took mine on the road. The room was nicely appointed. Restaurants were also nearby. The room was surprisingly quiet.

The hotel accepts pets, and my room had the stank of a wet pet at first. If not a pet, the room had an off odor. The nose quickly accommodates, so I did not smell it after a while, but it was unpleasant at first. I also did not like that I my room was on the opposite side of the building and office as a female traveling alone. I felt more vulnerable.

All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful every day. It was a pleasure being around them. They always made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make sure we were completely comfortable and not lacking anything. It was a great experience because of this. Everything was very clean and well maintained as well. It was very easy to tell that all the employees take pride in what they do. I will definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

Some Traffic noise

Staff was extremely helpful during check-in, I had unforseen issues she helped me work around and find a solution. Management was very understanding when I mistakenly thought I had one more night, literally took me a hour and a half passed check-out to get completely out of the room. It was an unfortunate situation but they remained professional and kind. Granted I understood the importance of being out of the room as soon as I could.. Thank you, management and staff for understanding, definitely will be staying again although I'll be checking-out on time next time,.

The location was great, everything was close by. We didn't wake up in time for the complementary breakfast which was a bummer since that was why we chose Best Western.

The location of the toilet was hard to access with the door being so close to it. It was way too cramped. Also the door to get into the room was hard to close without having to slam it.

They had a small outdoor pool which was well maintained and clean. The room was pretty spacious and the beds were comfy ( lots of pillows. Location was conveniently located next to Walmart and Grocery store. They gave us 10 % off at the two closest restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and diverse. Staff were very friendly and fun.

Dog area was pretty small.

I especially liked the caring friendliness of the morning staff and their knowledge of tourist entertainment options up and down the I-5 corridor in Oregon. Joy who works in the diningroom is a treasure and very attentative to customer needs before they know they have a need.

The air conditioner was noisy to the extent it woke me when the fan came on and I am a sound sleeper.

The breakfast was very tasty. Someone kept an eye on it so that nothing ran out. Staff was very friendly.

Was not made aware that I had to ask for housekeeping during my two night stay. I was told that it was due to COVID and privacy, but I wish I'd been aware of the fact that I had to ask for housekeeping to come in and empty the trash, put in fresh coffee/water cups, etc. However when I did ask for additional towels, I got them very quickly.

Friendly staff. Husband has cancer, we were given hospital rate. We were very comfortable. Discount at Elmer's was great and so close by I ordered take out and brought back for husband. Thank you!

Can't think of anything to dislike. I'm only mad at myself for not joining the rewards program yet. This is the 3rd or 4th time at a Best Western in 2 months.

The staff was exceptional, room was great, close facilities to get food, entertainment. I had to go to a hospital on my check out date and they let my girl get my effects, monitored my my vehicle and showed genuine concern.

Best confidential breakfast I’ve ever had! This hotel is right off I-5 and is a great location for a road trip. I was blown away by the amazing confidential breakfast! So many options I’ve ever seen before. Make your own breakfast wrap. bagels, eggs with peppers and cheese, gravy, hashbrowns, the usual waffles. The pool was perfect for the 40°C day! Cooled us right off. The parking was free and abundant. The location is near a great Mexican place down the road that was delish. The staff were super friendly.

The AC didn’t work and it was 40°C. We were cooking all night.
