The bed was comfortable. In this case, the hotel blankets were great didn't have to ask for an extra blanket. I like that the laundry facilities were available at any hour. The water pressure was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Overall, one of the better hotels in GP.

The walls were pretty thin. Could hear the neighbor's TV, etc. Occasionally, heard the highway in the middle of the night.

Oscar was the best. He was so kind to our grandson and was just overall the best. He was so friendly when we checked in, and we smelled a sewage smell in the pool, and he jumped on that very quickly. He was so apolgetic, but we were not upset, just worried something was wrong. He was attentive and friendly and the girl with him last night (we didn't. Get her name, but she was on nights in sept 14) was also amazing. The staff was mostly awesome. The rooms are clean and nice.

The breakfast attendant this morning, Sept 15, was awful. She was too worried about flirting with a kid that went to her school while he made 3 plates of food, including 4 yogurts, to take to his room. She got upset with us when we needed forks and kept yelling very loudly 'yay we have school tomorrow,' trying to get said boys' attention. She also wouldn't stop staring at me while I ate, I felt very uncomfortable, and she kept asking the boy why she gets bullied and kind of started yelling at him. It was just uncomfortable. Also, the pillows are too small.

When we arrived there were fresh cookies just cooked on the counter for people staying there and arriving out of all the traveling me and my family do which is about 3/4 of each year around the United States I would say I never felt so at home when we arrived to the smell of fresh cookies and they way we were treated this place felt like home and I have never felt that at any hotel we have ever been at are whole stay was absolutely amazing to feel at home away from home is priceless I would like to thank all the staff at this hotel as it was the best experience me and my family has had at any hotel in all the United States if anyone is in this area u should experience this if u have to stay in a hotel from the swimming pool and spa 24 hrs a day to the top notch rooms to the 100 percent customer service to the wonderful breakfast and the food room on site by far the best hotel we have ever been to we normally stay at the hiltons or Marriotts this place was far more amazing . Thank u u again for the comfort of are stay with u we look forward to making this a yearly adventure.

We stayed for one night mid-April on our way to the coast. We left the following morning and couple hours later we discovered my wife’s phone was left behind accidentally. Jenny and the Front Desk found the phone promptly and offered to work with a local vendor to ship it to our final destination at a very reasonable price. We received the phone via FedEx two days later with virtually no interruption to our trip. Thanks to Jenny and Team for their above and beyond hospitality.

Over all this hotel is set up well and we like that it is recently updated. It's quite nice and the staff are pleasant.

Although most everything about our stay was great, a couple things could definitely be improved upon. Firstly, there are only 4 (four) luggage carts on the premises. This makes check-in a bummer for everyone except the 4 people with the carts. Just sayin...a few more luggage carts would really bump up your ratings. Secondly, every time we stay here, the key-cards get deactivated every morning. We always stay at least two days each time we come to your establishment, and on the second day, we get locked out. Also when we are trying to move out our luggage and belongings, at check-out time, we come back to our room to get the rest of our things and "POOF!" WE'RE LOCKED OUT!! Very rude. Please revise your key-card system management. This would ALSO bump up your ratings.

This is a great place to stay. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a good breakfast selection. Parking is ample. And to top it all off, they serve freshly baked cookies at 7 each night. During our recent trip, we stayed in 3 different hotels, including a $300 a night top casino hotel. This was by far the nicest, most comfortable place. If you are looking for a place to stay around Grants Pass, pick La Quinta.

Super nice gentlemen welcomes you and then made us fresh hot cookies. Wonderful! Soft comfortable beds and new soft towels, which was so nice as most hotels have thin scratchy towels. Also, hand soap in a box not refilled plastic containers of who knows what. And important for me, that the a/c actually worked.

Room doors that SLAM SHUT, but seems like that in all hotels. Need soft closing so people coming in late at night and just let doors slam don't wake up others.

The staff was wonderfully friendly. The room, the linens, and bathroom were very clean. My daughters loved the fresh baked cookies at 7. Conveniently next to walkable food options.

The location is a little difficult to figure out how to get to with the one way roads. It is right next to the freeway, so noise was an issue in early morning, but that's to be expected. The carpet in the room did have a slight musty smell.

The amenities were satisfactory. The kids very much enjoyed the breakfast and the 7:00 pm complimentary cookies. They're using that as a comparison for all other hotels lol.

Our stay was fine except the fire detector started beeping at 3:00 in the morning which woke me up and kept me up. It was our only night there so I didn't say anything, but I would have had our stay had been longer.

Ronald the house keeper went above & beyond when it came to cleaning the room. We stayed in room 302 & he vacuumed, ensured we had clean sheets, a constant stock of toilet paper, clean towels. He also ensured my wife always had a supply of dove soaps etc.

The buzzing from the 3rd floor A/C in the hall. It was buzzing throughout the night every night. Just a minor thing.
