A decent breakfast bar with lots of room to sit. Great service there as well. Electric charging station for two EVs. Those stations are a free service and it was a blessing. Check out is noon, that was great. The whole property is on the river waterfront, very beautiful and charming, with a nice nearby walkway to explore and a park across the bridge. All very close into town. Great staff as well.

The pool was not open at the time I was there, not sure if it needs repair or not, but a big goose swim in it, which was somewhat entertaining.

Our room, beds & pillows and view were exceptional but what really made our stay there were the employees, particularly Maya at the front desk and George in Housekeeping, both so very nice and accommodating. The fresh cookies and milk served in the evening were the best I've ever had.

It's not that I didn't like it but the breakfast was just mediocre. Scrambled eggs were good, pre-fried eggs were not. Potatoes were consistently cold and to be avoided. Biscuits & gravy were standard, Sausage patties and bacon were both anemic. My husband enjoyed the Waffle iron.

Very friendly staff and a lot of extras--wine with cheese and crackers in the early evening, chocolate cookies in the later evening, and a wonderful buffet breakfast.

We stayed for two nights and did not have any maid service after the first night. When I asked about that upon leaving, I was told that that should have been mentioned upon checking in and that extra towels and coffee were available in the office if we had asked. It would have been nice to have had our coffee and hand towels replenished even if nothing else was done. A bit disappointing with such a nice stay otherwise.

The Lodge sits right on the Rogue River, has a nice riverside swimming pool, and is a super quick walk to the loading dock for the Hellgate jetboat tour. We were able to check in for the tour at 3pm, then the hotel let us check in a bit early to unload our car and then walk over to the line-up for the boat. It worked out great. All of the staff we encountered was super friendly and accommodating.

No complaints.

We loved the kind and generous atmosphere at the Lodge! They were all very welcoming and offered wine and cheese when we arrived, followed by milk and cookies before bed, and a lovely hot breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were able to charge our EV in the parking lot too. I just wish I’d splurged on the room with a balcony overlooking the river!

The lodge is very cozy, it is an older building but it has been updated and is nice to stay in. Very nice evening accomadations in the lodge with wine tasting and cookies/milk, each are set at different times. There are bathrobes to use which I found amazing, you usually dont see this unless your in a 5 star hotel. The swimming pool is heated, so for the fall it is great. Breakfast is held in a seperate building which is nice and feels very rustic and homey. It was nice to have ceramic and glass cups in the room along with q-tips and cottonballs. :) Also has amazing hot water that lasts. I will stay here again.

If other guests allow the door to shut or they shut hard, it can be loud, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was located on the Rogue River across from the city park. The room was large and comfortable. We liked the complimentary glass of wine available each evening. The breakfast was excellent; it was served in a separate area of the hotel and was very comprehensive. We were just across the street from an excellent restaurant and the river excursion jetboat concession. The hotel had a boutique feel.

The hotel was two stories tall, but had no elevator. We were booked on the second floor. We had a very large suitcase that had to be lugged up the stairs.

The location of The Lodge at Riverside is excellent. Being by the river is beautiful. The Lodge is close to restaurants, shops, and activities. The breakfast is great because it is a full breakfast, not just a continental breakfast. It is just what you need before heading out to the outdoor activities in the area. The wine and cheese offered in the evening, and the warm cookies also offered in the evening are both a really nice touch. We highly recommend staying at The Lodge at Riverside!

Extremely CLEAN and well appointed room! A simple but nice breakfast, and the property offers outstanding coffee available in the lobby as well as the room. They also offered a glass of wonderful wine during early evening! Such a wonderful touch after a long day of driving! The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and aimed to please. We look forward to a longer stay in the future! A great place to just relax for a weekend!!!

The breakfast was excellent. The cook Candy was awesome and greeted everyone with enthusiasm and very attentive to our wants and needs. I could tell she loves what she does. Maya in the front office was very friendly and extremely helpful to make sure you enjoyed your stay, she also loves her job and it shows.
