The thing I liked most was the fact that I could bring my two small dogs with me. The price wasn't as important to me as being able to accommodate my dogs. The front staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. I was blown away by the customer service and how good it was. The room for the price was better than expected. The only thing negative was the fact that some of my neighbors were very loud and someone was in the parking lot working on his car at night revving the engine, and it was hard to sleep. Very noisy. But I don't really blame Motel 6. I kind of expected that based on how cheap the stay was. It just goes with the territory with some of the demographic who tends to stay in inexpensive motels.

Some of the neighbors who were very loud. I also would have paid more for a coffee pot in the room as I can barely get out of bed without coffee, let alone walking in the rain to the front office for a cup. Those were the only negatives.

The young lady, Angelina, was fantastic. She was courteous, friendly, accommodating, and a joy. The cleaning staff were also wonderful and friendly. I never once was made to feel anything other than a welcomed guest in their own home. I plan on returning when I am in the area. Just a really nice group of people with good attitudes and a pleasant demeanor. Thank you, Angelina, and staff, for making me feel welcome.

That I had to leave.

For some unknown reason, the pre-set selection criteria went wrong after the order payment was successful. Booked two rooms, and one of the double bed rooms disappeared. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out that 3 persons had to be squeezed into a queen bed. After the man on duty at the front desk knows that the booking.com could not cancel the order, he upgraded my room for free and changed the room with a double bed that was $60 more expensive! Although the equipment is not the latest and greatest, the kindness and personal service of the man made this hotel a very good memory of my trip.

There are still a few small pieces of broken glass in the corner of the corridor in the courtyard that have not been cleaned. You can prepare more plastic bags in the pet area

Everything is great, friendly professional and knowledgeable staff, clean quiet room, quick check in and check out, clean grounds, no hassle.

Cob webs and dried insects on outside of building ceiling around lights and on walls, the television needs upgrading to a clear lighter picture, Im not sure if the contrast needed adjusted or if it's time for an upgrade or new tvs.

Very friendly in office and house keeping great location.

We stayed 8 days 2 of the nights at around 230 to 300 am there was fighting going on with loud obscenities language it lasted about 10 minutes off and on 3 different times during the night. It only happened 2 times but so frustrating 😫

Jeannette was friendly and responsive and provided great service. The room was clean but people above me were partying throughout the night so hard to sleep. I could feel the mattress springs so not the most comfortable bed. But for the price and location it can't be beat. Plus you accept dogs so that is a huge plus.

Friendly professional knowledgeable staff quickly checked me in, morning coffee is delicious, clean room and quiet location, and no hassle from staff or other guests, clean grounds.

i was surprised at the price i paid most places that have a cheap rate are a dump but the rooms were clean and comfortable you don't get a coffee maker or a fridge but for a night stay it was worth the gamble

I was looking for an inexpensive and reasonably safe place to stay for the night. For what it was, and where it was located, it fit the bill. It was not luxurious, but I wasn't paying for that. The person who checked .e in though... she was top notch!
