The cleanliness in every way of the room, bed, pillows, and bathroom. Enjoyed there being no carpet!

Heavier pressure of shower water, better coffee maker (it died the 2nd morning) with more servings of coffee, and quieter heater and especially quieter small refridgerator.

Excellent value! The room was clean, well appointed, with new contemporary bedcovers. I was surprised as, for the price, I was expecting something old and tired, but that was not the case. No complaints.

The bedside clock was broken and the time displaying was not correct.

The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping me to carry my belongings to my room.

The room was very clean, good shower pressure, AC worked great. Appreciated the laminate floor- so much cleaner than carpeting. The 3 bed room was nice for the family- nobody had to share.

It didn’t look appealing from the outside- but our room was large, clean, and comfortable on the inside. It was one of the last rooms available in the entire town- and the price reflected that. Other guests were hanging outside and on the balconies late in the evening- I didn’t enjoy walking past them to unload my car.

The family room was perfect for us rather than have two rooms we were all together, and the location is perfect also, stayed in Grants Pass for Boatnik then drive to the beautiful Oregon Coast for a day trip the following morning. I wish that I could give them a 1,000 star rating. Not to mention the owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome, we definitely will stay again when in town.

The wasn't a thing to not like.

The whole process of checking in. We got there early and the lady said the room was ready and we wouldn’t have to wait until 3.

There was a mess on the ceiling. Other then that it was great.

The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet all evening long with no noise disturbance.

There was a few shady people who stayed there that made me staying alone nervous

We had a nice and quiet night. We were in a family unit, which had 3 queen beds, and it was perfect for my family of two adults and two teens. It’s located right off the highway, and easily found.

It was a little warm in the room, but I never tried to turn on the air or open the window, so that’s my fault.

The room was very spacious, the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable and the room got very dark at night.

Looks pretty beat up on the outside, but the inside is very nice.
