Room was very clean, excellent bed, good breakfast. Only complaint was the sliding barn door acting as both closet and bathroom door. Hard to slide and noisy to use. Otherwise, facilities were new and modern. We had a double queen room with 3 adults so needed bathroom privacy.

everything was new and clean. the staff was sympathetic and helpful. i needed an overnight stay after eye surgery earlier in the day. sinc i live 100+ miles from the doctor and i had to return the next day for a follow up, i needed a place to bed for the night. the receptionist kindly gave me an early check in and the quietest room she had. the breakfast was good and there was sufficient variety.

not the fault of the hotel, per se, but it was built much too close to the interstate. it IS noisy despite double glazed windows, even on the quiet side of the hotel. bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. also i found it odd that there were no glasses…. or even plastic or paper cups, in the bathroom. i had to root around in the coffee maker tray to find a paper cup suitable to brush my teeth. but that was a minor issue.

Breakfast was better that most hotels I've stayed at including other Hamptons. The scrambled eggs tasted like eggs and not fake eggs. The dining area was very clean. The front desk staff both in the Saturday evening and Sunday morning at checkout were very helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby and guest room were very clean, We make trips every 6 months to visit my mother in California and this will be our new Grants pass hotel both going to and returning from San Diego.

Could use more luggage carts, there were only two. I can't think of anything else

This property was a breath of fresh air after some questionable hotel stays on our trip from Dallas TX to Washington. a nice area, plenty of parking, friendly staff and clean establishment. I was greeted with a smile and goodie bags for our two dogs. our room was impeccably clean, everything worked and was updated. the shower pressure and water temperature was fantastic, and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. breakfast had lots of decent options and there is a dog potty station in the back by the pool. we would have stayed another night if there was more for us to do in grants pass, but we had to hit the road in the morning.

the one request is for rooms to have dark curtains that draw all the way across the windows. our room had see through curtains that open and close over the windows, and panels of blackout shades that only cover half of each window and have no rail to extend them to the other side of the window.

Breakfast was excellent. Location right off freeway. Staff friendly The room was mostly ok and clean except for a couple of small items. I liked the room setup

Beds were hard. Pillows need to be replaced. They sink to nothing I had to wipe up water I spilled on floor by sink and towel was black. How often are floors mopped? Coffee pot dirty.

The room, was super clean, the bed was comfy and the room decor was done well. Easy on and off freeway. The breakfast and coffee were good. The staff was very nice.

My husband could hear a little road noise, and about 5 am the air conditioning would go through some type of cycle. Pleaseeeeeee speed the elevator up, I think one wasn’t working.

Everything from receptions friendly polite + very helpful people great rooms + breakfast + all facilities in room + very comfortable beds 100% satisfaction as far as we were concerned we also stayed with you last year when comming from Scotland infact I've already been online + were booked to stay with you for 8 nights from Wed 26th of June till Thurs 4th July thats how much we love your hotel

Noise from the freeway so loud that even my white noise machine couldn't drown it out.. Breakfast seating area didn't have enough regular tables so the only available seating was on high rise chairs at a long table. VERY difficult to get into high rise chairs for seniors like me.

Great location with a terrific staff. It has all the amenities including a coin-operated washer and dryer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was awesome!

Amazing breakfast and amenities. Staff was very kind and friendly, absolutely loved the pool. So close to everything in Grants Pass too, really nice!!

Just a few slightly dirty things in the room, weird sticky spot on the floor (had to put a washcloth over it) and some hairs and such in the bathroom. Overall really nice though.
