Everything about my stay was wonderful, and the room was incredibly quiet. I was on the second floor, and was worried, but I did not have to be. The rooms were nicely redecorated and updated, and it all looked new inside. Loved it.

The BIG disappointment was the breakfast. The options were starches, starches, and starches. No protein was available such as yogurt or even peanut butter. I would not stay here again because I stay at places that provide a good, healthy, balanced breakfast. I never expect fancy, but a balanced breakfast is important to me.

The location was easy to locate. It had sufficient parking to choose from, close to the building. I was asked if a ground floor room was acceptable, which is an appropriate question to ask a solo female traveler. I appreciated the humor when I said my license plate photo would take a moment to find, and the receptionist said "Not a problem. We don't get many Mini Coopers here." Alluding to the fact Oregon is the land of massive, tall vehicles. The room was clean, had everything I needed. Multiple outlets and USB ports. Close to restaurants. Fluffy towels, good lighting, clean and comfy bed. I liked the key deposit box adjacent to the exit door. The included breakfast was bordering on sparse, but had varied choices. Overall, a quiet and comfortable oasis for one night.

There was no luggage rack in the closet alcove. There was a built in platform in the bathroom area, but it was a bit awkward to open a large suitcase due to the narrow width of the platform. There is no direct interior connection to the lobby. I had to walk up stairs in the hallway, and then exit to the exterior and re-enter from the driveway. It leads me to believe this is an older building recently renovated. If someone is mobility challenged or it's heavy rain or snow, going to and from the lobby could be challenging. I didn't see a info binder in the room. I like seeing all the hotel info, local sights, food options and how to operate the television.

The staff, and I especially want to thank Nittaya, who was at the front desk, and just really truly went above and beyond her duties to accommodate me. The key wasn't working, so she offered a refund, but I did't want to try and find another hotel. So she did everything she could, and after about 1/2 hr of non stop working on it, she got someone and the problem was solved! I'm so very grateful to her! Lovely hotel, I will be back!

Comfortable bed and bedding. Nice size refrigerator. I was able to put all of my cooler things in and refreeze my cooler bottles.

They didn’t check my message about having a king size room with the least amount of walking. By the time I called in that afternoon, I was told the only king room was upstairs which would have been difficult. They did provide a room with 2 queens on the first floor for the same price. So we were fine.

Overall, we had a good stay. There were a lot of nice things about the room layout. Great location and pretty quiet. There is a great river park not too far with good walking trails - Reinhardt Volunteer Park, or something close to that name. Hot water came on instantly, and the water pressure was good.

The bed was not as comfortable as we would hope. Still able to get enough sleep though.

The service was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was the same thing every day. Went after 9am and most of the choices were gone. Not worth the extra money spent for breakfast. Only ate there once for my 5 day stay.

The price was so good that I was nervous about how good it would be. We were so surprised and delighted to see that it was amazing!! We will definitely stay here again and we recommend it!

If I had to try and find anything wrong, the parking was a little tight because the hotel was full and the beds were a little hard. BUT, we did not complain about this at all, I only say this because the hotel was actually terrific! ☺️

Location was good and fairly quite with a busy road out front.

Biscuits and gravy are not my favorite meal, also not a lot of variety for breakfast items. Also, in our in our room, the top drawer of the dresser would roll out by itself, that if it may cause an injury. Also the ceiling showed water damage do to plaster pealing away.

The property was very clean and the rooms had great AC.

We arrived early and the first clerk we talked to said our room was open but we had to pay an extra $22.00 to get in early. I was not happy about that because we should not have had to pay if the room was ready and we left 2 hours before checkout. Also the Wi-Fi was horrible. I do have to say the clerk that was there when we did check in was very personable.

This was probably my worst experience there and it wasn’t bad. The customer experience was amazing location was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. Almost perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like wasn’t a big deal. The shower felt like there was no water pressure other than that it was perfect not a bad experience at all!
