I really liked the way it was remodeld and that it smelled nice and clean the staff was very encagaing

The onlly thing I did not like thT much was the location of the Banfieldield high crime area and the one thi g that botherd me is staff did not knock on door and offer housekeeping all an DC all I had a great stay at the banfield

I appreciated the newer bedding and just right pillows, the bathroom being quite clean, the towels soft. You can open and drive through the entrance gate by just tapping the room key. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Almost forgot -- the microwave and small fridge were handy, along with the circular table and chair. I didn't use the TV so can't comment on that. A pleasant stay.

The carpet probably needs to be steam cleaned as a part of regular maintenance.

I really like the fact the owners Keep people safe keeping there property drug free bed was soft didn't want to leave I will be staying there when I'm back in Portland around Thanksgiving and Christmas New years all around I was satisfied TKS

I was fighting with the remote control I couldn't figure it out I left it on demand and watched movies I wanted to watch regular T.V but next time I will ask it was real late to ask

Great space, the staff was incredibly kind and even recommended me restaurants to eat at near by when they found out I hadnt had dinner yet! Did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable :)

Internet was a little slow

. Bus stop in front of building. Lines 12, 75 & 77. Having access to a kitchenette. Near Trader Joes within walking distance. Hollywood Theater 3 blocks away. Near many restaurants.

No blankets on bed only sheet and bedspread.

Being near grocery store, so I didn't have to waist money eating out. Having a kitchenette, with frig, microwave, sink, counter and cabinets.

Bed didn't have a blanket for warmth. Only a sheet & light cover for the comforter.

Thw owners where extremely nice and no one bothered us, the hotel was very safe and I really enjoyed the locking gates.

The price I really wanted to stay there at a monthly rate.

The place looks better than I’ve ever seen it. I used to live in the neighborhood and have seen constant improvements to the property.

The carpet in my room was pretty stained and there was no mattress cover.

Having access to a Kitchenette, fridge & microwave. Great location near, theater, grocery store, restaurants, etc.

Carpets & walls need cleaning.

Clean, well lit, family owned and they're bringing it back to life.

Tall vehicle parking was a pain. Once the fix the back fence and it no longer needs a padlock it'll be better.
