The rooms were clean and orderly, the staff was helpful and accommodating when addressing housekeeping needs each day, and when we asked for a rollaway bed they were prompt in supplying it and extra towels when needed in a timely fashion. As well, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

We were so disappointed when we were informed upon arrival that there wasn’t a pool as it stated there was a pool in the booking. Having stayed at this property years ago for a different event and I remembered the complimentary breakfast being much nicer and in a different location all together on the property. That being said, The waffles were still delicious though!? Other negatives, There was some rust on the bathroom shower wall. The microwave was having some issues when cooking popcorn and the start button was kind of fickle. Cable was fine but it would’ve been nice if we could’ve streamed our devices to the tv. Or had payperview options.

The employee at the check in desk was super nice and helpful. Made sure to break down all the important info so we knew exactly where our room was, knew about breakfast, how the wi-fi worked, parking, etc. Without overdoing it! Excellent a/c, delicious waffles and juice available in the breakfast offerings.

There's a lot of security measures with locking exterior doors, which is a great idea, but there was one that kept malfunctioning. We didn't stay long, and the door was not working more than it was actually working properly

The place was amazing. All personnel were so kind, the bedroom was so beautiful and it was a quiet stay. For the breakfast, the waffles were delicious and you can also take cereal with milk, Highly recommended.

Breakfast was decent.

One of the receptionist was rude, when I asked him to change my quilt covers, since they were stinking. He didn't do anything about it and ignored it. Then I had to request the cleaners to do it.

Neighborhood is a lil sketch, but that's the way things are all over PDX these days, and their team was good on security. Also & this is super nit-picky - lampshades were stained - otherwise really great.

The room appeared to be recently updated and was nice and clean. Shower was very nice. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our needs for early check-in and parking. Lots of local eateries from fast food to finer dining. Close to MODA Center, Convention Center and light rail and bus. Getting downtown was quick and easy on the light rail.

Breakfast was a little limited but adequate. Bed was a little soft for me but I like a very firm bed so I can't say this is really a negative. Outside appearance makes the hotel look unkept.

The room was quite spacious. The breakfast was nice.

Can hear everything from the outside and hallway from people moving their luggage, yelling/talking loudly. Had to pay for parking.

The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay terrific, and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you to all the staff.

Conveniently close to venue

Pool was drained but not mentioned on website. Chose this particular hotel for the pool for the kids so that was a bummer. The room didn't have the freshest smell but it looked very clean.

The only downside was you couldn’t take the elevator up if you were in the parking garage you’d have to go out of the garage and up stairs but it wasn’t a huge deal for me
