The most amazing part of my stay here was the staff. The gentleman at the front desk when I arrived (I believe his name was Randee, but I am not positive), was so helpful and kind, and saw to my every need. He was there most of the time when I went to the front desk. In every instance, he went out of his way to help me with travel accommodations and other things. I just can’t say enough about his assistance and kindness. The hotel was very clean and appealing. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and nice. The restaurant was also very nice. Everything was so clean and charming, and the food was very good. The staff, again, treated me like royalty.

I loved everything about this hotel and it’s staff.

Decent sized room. Clean. Everyone was friendly and there’s a convenient restaurant inside if you don’t want to leave the hotel for food. And it’s walking distance from the convention center if you’re there for an event like we were.

We could hear the cars on the highway all night. Not great for light sleepers. Parking was an added cost and we couldn’t stay parked past checkout, so we couldn’t leave the car for the day while we were at the last day of our event. Breakfast was a restaurant voucher instead of the normal buffet, less convenient for anyone who just wants a super quick bite.

Inside was very well kept and clean. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Our room was so nice it was a very very clean and classy room, we loved our stay.

The property is fine. It’s the neighborhood. Portlands drug problem is all over what used to be a beautiful part of Portland. The Civic Auditorium and Lloyd Center… it was a nice area. Now homeless wander the streets aimless and there’s a homeless housing right next to the property.

Room was great, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were nice. Towels were aplenty and the TV / room arrangement was great. It was quiet on our floor and generally didn't see anyone but the staff on the floor when we left our room.

We did have a weird thing happen with the Keurig machine which made us unable to use it---it had been sprayed (maybe with paint or something). I reported it when we were leaving--I am sure if i would have said something while there they would have taken care of it, but it was not that big of a deal since I didn't NEED it. We ate in the restaurant at around 10pm Sunday night April 1 it was not busy and yet it took forever! Then when the food arrived it was NOT fresh and honestly over priced for what we got. I think the burgers were reheated from earlier they were super dry. The chicken strips were over fried (and then microwaved) so that the chicken was so dry my daughter couldn't eat it. That was a bummer as they had good reviews for the food generally.

The proximity to different venues in the area. Definitely will consider staying again for futire events.

The homeless population nearby and the lack of parking due to events at the hotel. Hotel guests should not have to look for street parking. Especially is paying for parking.

I liked the cleanliness, spaciousness, and overall appealing design of the room. I especially liked their guest laundry service, as that was such a treasure to have in any hotel, especially when traveling. I liked the secured lobby and elevator entry as it made me feel safe.

I didn't like how they did not have housekeeping clean the rooms every day. They have a "five-day" policy in place that limits how often your room is refreshed. If a customer is paying full price for each day they stay in the room, they should receive full services each day just like on the first day, which includes a full cleaning.

The sheets were so comfy. The bathroom was VERY clean. All of the towels were folded nicely. The snack stand was very convenient. The lobby is beautiful and filled with orchids and modern furniture. The room had craftsman decor on the door and the ceiling.

Nothing. The pool was clean and all other guests are respectful of the space. I don’t know if the pool was saltwater but it did not irritate or dry out my skin. I’m grateful the rooms were non smoking. We weren’t able to smell any smoke from other guests.

The staff was so nice, especially Randee. We arrived early, hoping to leave our luggage and then come back later to check in. To our surprise we were able to get a room at that time and it was so needed. Never have ever been able to check in anywhere that early, and we are going to stay there every time we go to Portland. Facility is very clean and comfortable. Streetcar right across the street from motel.

Did not feel especially safe walking neighborhood after dark.

The rooms very wonderful. And we enjoyed the sauna. The hotel was clean.

The parking. The fact that they have a homeless camp in their parking lot is insane. You have to pay $27 a night to park there. If you even get a spot. The parking lot should be for paying guests only. If I’m paying good money I shouldn’t have to go find somewhere to park. Below is the camp . The pictures are from our hotel window

The location was perfect for us, a 2 block walk to the Moda Center where we went to see a concert. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the best in any hotel I have ever stayed.

The coffee machine is a Keurig, so it would have been great coffee; but there was no real creamer or enough sugar for my liking. Just 2 little packets of powdered creamer and sugar. I could not drink my coffee, very disappointing.
