i was making coffee ☕ and there was a roach 🪳 on top of the coffee maker while I was making coffee ☕, and just felt like there was something in my room, don't know what it was but felt a little uncomfortable. but besides that it was nice 🙂. there should of been someone at the front desk, when I left to return my card back in.

The staff endeavored to solve the issues of the double reservation on 21, July, and the lost baggage on the flight.

My stay on the night of 21, July was reserved twice, and resultantly the money was extracted twice. This is due to the wrong operation of Bookin.Com. I claimed Bookin.Com through e-mail, but received no response.

The staff are easygoing and respect the privacy of their guests. The beds are surprisingly comfy, though the linens are a bit below what one might expect, and the location just can't be beat. They received packages from Amazon for me and called me right away to come down to get them, love that.

The guests are normally quite rambunctious, and it's a kind of shady part of of town - neither of those things are on the hotel though, and they do their best to keep the property secure for the guests. The towels REALLY need replacement, though, and the soap/shampoo/etc. are of very poor quality.

Well the room was amazing clean and the staff very friendly thank you for your hospitality I really appreciated

Close access for everywhere in downtown Portland

You're probably looking at this motel because it's the cheapest in the area, and that's exactly why we stayed there. Don't let the smelly old creepy hallways put you off. The rooms themselves are modern, clean, and comfortable. We were very impressed, and the front desk guy was super friendly! We'd definitely stay again.

My son and I stayed once a week for 4 or 5 weeks while I took my son to the burn center for treatment. It was located within a mile or so of the hospital so it was perfect for us. My son is paralyzed, the room and bathroom were big enough for his wheelchair to move around. The rooms are clean and the front desk guy during the day is really great, very friendly and helpful, definitely a Great asset! Mattress was actually comfortable, I have a bad back , it is hard to find something that doesn't hurt it. Price is great.

It could use a little updating, but that's not really a big deal.

I like how close it is to the Moda Center. Very short walk.

The property wreaks of cigarette smoke the minute you walk down the hallway. The bathroom is very small. You cant shut the doors getting in or out easily and the bed is very squeaky. You move it squeaks.

The location was really easy to find and great parking. It wasn't that far from the convention Center for the Con.

When we went to shower the handle fell off with a slight touch. You could hear everyones foot steps when they walked

Well very convenient to go to a concert and everything around it

The furniture is rather outdated, and they could use some USB outlets for electronics. The refrigerator didn't work in the room I stayed in
