Great location for center city! Everything is easily walkable from the location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, appreciated the different pillow types. Room was a good size. Appreciated the free coffee.
Walls and windows were thin. A lot of street noise at night. Our neighbors were blasting music constantly via their Bluetooth mirror (great idea in theory, not in practice though). Smell of pot smoke came through during our last night. Bathroom lighting is fairly dim. No complimentary breakfast.

The valet were very nice as soon as we got out the car. Once we made it to the lobby Matt helped us at check in and he was amazing. They had on demand room service. Clean room and amazing house keeping. I did not get to check out the restaurant. There is a rooftop bar that has an 21 up entry that seems to get popular on Saturday nights. But I loved everything about this place. Especially since it’s so close to City Hall, Liberty Bell, the Independence National Park. And so much more. This will be my place to stay in Philadelphia. Oh I was there for the Chris Brown Breezy Bowl concert. They handle the traffic well.
The parking but valet handled that.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room and the entire property were very nice and exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the best parts was the location—being right above the subway made it incredibly convenient to get to the stadium. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
While the hotel itself was very nice and clean, I was shocked by the valet parking fee. It was $70 for just one night, which ended up being 38% of what I paid for the room. I found that to be outrageously overpriced. For guests driving in, it’s definitely something to be aware of, as it really adds to the overall cost of the stay.

Great location for sightseeing in Philadelphia. Staff friendly on arrival. Hotel is lovely and modern nicely decorated. Room was big with very comfy bed and great views (corner room). Large bathroom. Lovely and clean. Nice bar downstairs with balcony. Unfortunately roof bar not open on certain days.
Expensive valet parking but cheaper parking straight over the road. Accidently double charged by staff for incidentals on arrival, leading to complicated check in process. Advised manager would refund ASAP but that didn't happen so had to seek out manager the the next morning who refunded immediately with no concerns.

I loved the location, ease of walk to central attractions. Valet parking was offered, but we parked directly across the street for a reasonable rate. We got a drink ! the rooftop bar, it was nice and cozy.
The beds were acceptable, but not really comfortable. A three night stay was adequate. I also did not like that we had to retrieve all of the extra necessary items from the front desk instead of housekeeping bringing the items to us. Items such as additional towels and washcloths, along with toilet paper. It was as if housekeeping staff was limited. I was curious because housekeeping is only turning over the rooms that are checking out, they are no longer cleaning rooms daily for current guests.

The room was large and clean. We were a bit disappointed to be on a low floor at the back of the hotel.
Check in wasn’t great. The staff member was rude and dismissive when we asked to separate out bill from the hold on our card. She said it was not possible and refused to give us a receipt. We had an anxious time because we could see the payment on our credit card. We spoke to the manager about it who reassured us the payment hadn’t been taken. We had to wait about a week for the money to not show as a payment on our card.

Very modern and a few minutes from Love Park- 30 min from the Rocky Statue and plenty of food choices nearby. Valet parking is a bit tricky as it is $75 a night but you can park across the street for less. Overall very nice hotel. The staff is amazing, the staff who checked us out was great! She even gave us a list of last minute sightseeing things we could do on our last day and her recommendations were amazing!
The entrance is a bit confusing as you have to go upstairs for the lobby but that’s just the structure of the building.

I tried to check-in early but wasn't able to and was informed they would contact me when the room is ready. However I went back to check-in and was told my reservation was cancelled without notice due to my credit card on file but I intended to use another credit card to check-in. However, they were still able to reserve my room again without a problem. We were pleased with the space for 4ppl and it was a very nice facility. The parking garage across the street was very convenient as well. I would recommend and stay again. There were a lot of good restaurants nearby as well. We loved Green Eggs Cafe!
Nothing, I really didn't like.

I have to say, I’m really surprised by some of the negative reviews I read before staying here. My experience couldn’t have been more different. For example, I saw complaints about slow elevators, but during my stay, they worked perfectly and were always quick. Some people mentioned dirty rooms, but mine was very well-kept. As for the staff being rude or unfriendly, I can’t imagine how anyone could feel that way. Every single staff member I met was polite and smiling. Deja, in particular, stood out — every time she spotted me, she greeted me with a big smile and a friendly wave. Little gestures like that made my stay feel extra special. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I’d recommend it to anyone. Sometimes, you just have to see for yourself rather than rely on negative comments, this hotel is a great example of that!

The Hotel looks very warming and beautiful. Front desk Manager was of excellent service. I checked in lil after 4pm on 6/8 black woman with burgundy braids. She was also there on c/o at 11am on 6/9
The floor wasn't swept properly when I checked in. I called the front desk to request it to be swept again but no one came. I used to do EVS and the guests should always be honored by their request.
