The location and the price were great. It felt like a refuge in the city during my visit.

I faced toward a parking lot (looking out towards Chestnutt Street), and the windows are not soundproof at all. The first morning, the trash truck came at 5:15 AM, and the second morning it came at 4:45 AM. It was so loud and I could hear the workers talking as they banged around the trash containers. I don't know if they were moving trash containers, but the noise went on for 20+ minutes. This was the only unpleasant aspect my stay and the property. I would definitely return, but I would ask for a room not facing towards the back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic-close to transport, walkable to most sights, great neighborhood with lots to do and good places to eat. It is close to about anything you would need. It was good price for amenities and location. There is a lively rooftop bar with a good view. I thought the bed was comfortable which was much appreciated after having a hip replacement recently. I liked being able to stream on the TV. I would stay here again.

The rooms were tiny-they made pretty good use of space but was OK for a short stay. I didn't mind them not doing housekeeping everyday but the trashcan was so tiny I had to go to lobby to empty it-so that was a bit inconvenient. When they did come I had to wait for towels. The upper floors would have had a better view but it was recommended lower floors for more quiet due to the lively rooftop bar as the sound carried. I did notice the walls were thin-my neighbors were quiet but waiting for an elevator I did overhear a very private conversation so that is a potential issue. It is a good idea with QR code for tips for housekeepers, however, either the site wasn't updated or some use nicknames so I was not able to find the person on the card.

Great location in the city centre. I liked the coffee downstairs and the gym facilities are pretty good. It’s a clean place and staff are nice. Bed was comfortable and the rooms have large windows.

This was the second time I’ve stayed and I do love the location hence booking again. But I do find it slightly overpriced for what it is. Rooms are quite basic and small. I also was quite frustrated by how loud the air con and fridge were in my room. There is a restaurant that is generally very busy and shares the lobby so it gets a bit busy coming in and out.

the area was great , we were able to catch the train from the airport and walk 6 minutes to the hotel. It was a great location as there were several eating places, a target , and Cvs down the road. There were also entertainment opportunities there .

The parking as we had guest come by for a bit and it would have ran them 15-30$ to park just to visit us as we had come from dallas to philly to see them . Also the homeless population . not going to say you can control that but they were around & some people may be uncomfortable walking near them .

I loved the room, bed, and location! They exceeded our expectations and we were very comfortable. The staff were courteous and polite, though they did seem restricted by some weird policies from the hotel.

We couldn't bring drinks into our room from the bar, which seemed like a real missed opportunity, vis-a-vis the hotel/bar relationship. I also asked the hotel for glassware so my fiancé and I could enjoy a bottle of wine in our room, and they could only offer us these lame little plastic cups... Not suitable for a "just engaged" bottle of champagne. It was like they didn't trust us not to break their glassware (which, if we accidentally did, we would have been happy to pay for). At the end of the day, we had to go out and buy glassware to make up for their deficiency. It's such a small thing, but in that moment, it really mattered. The bar had glassware, so I can only assume it's a weird hotel policy. A policy that treated us like 35-year-old children.

This hotel is a great value. Located blocks from Rittenhouse square, it's perfect as a jumping off point to explore all different parts of the city. The staff was helpful and attentive and the facilities were great. There's a fun bar in the lobby and the gym had a lot of equipment. Great spot for solo travelers in Philly.

The room is pretty small. It was comfortable enough for me as just one person but if I was traveling with someone else, I think I would have found it to be pretty tight. The hotel also mentioned that the top floors can be loud from the rooftop bar but luckily I was there during the winter so didn't hear anything.

Ours was a brief overnight stay so it is hard to provide much detail on the vibe. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk staff were terrific and very friendly and informative. We did not take advantage of the other hotel offerings except a late night drink at the skyview bar which was very nice.

No complaints about the hotel. I would advise people to be careful with the parking situation across the street. There was clear evidence that people accessed our car. We found a sock in the back seat of the car and a white powdery substance around the center console. Our car had been cleaned and vacuumed before our trip. We didn't notice/discover the changes until we had already left the garage and were heading home. Unfortunately, it costs $20 extra to keep your keys and not leave them with the valets.

The location is great pretty much in the center of the city. If you don’t want to pay the $30+ Uber from PHL cost it’s an easy SEPTA train ride and get off at the Suburban stop and just walk a few blocks. Mo check me in and was very friendly and informative. The happy hour at the Condesa bar is not to be missed with great appetizers at great prices. Hopefully, Jerrod is the person who waits on you his service is exceptional.

I like to iron my clothes after taking them out of my suitcase. As usual with the micro hotels there is no iron or ironing board in the room. However, after requesting an iron and ironing board it arrived within minutes to my room. It was a nice iron AND a full size ironing board.

This hotel is clean and has absolutely terrific staff. The best hotel staff I've ever seen. It's in a great location, and it's safe and quiet. They provide a lot of personal care products in the bathroom, not just shampoo and conditioner. The best part is the price. It's cheaper than just about everything else in the neighborhood. It's small and the frosted glass sliding bathroom doors don't offer a lot of privacy, but for the price, these can be easily overlooked for how great a deal this is. It's walkable to most center city amenities plus the art museum and other things in that area.

Elevator system needs work. You have to swipe your room card before hitting your floor number. If a lot of people on different floors are riding, some of you are going to have to go up to the top and back down, because there isn't time to complete this process before it passes your floor. I wish they'd rework that.

Location, cleanliness, staff response and courtesy, filtered water stations on floor (huge plus), gym facilities

Room was smaller than expected with no desk or much space to hang clothes. Our room was in the back of the building where the trash pick up takes place … woken up on Saturday morning at 7 am and again on Monday morning even earlier by the noise!!! I think the problem is with the lack of insulation or sound proofing in the walls… I could hear the guests on either side opening or closing the shades, so I sure they heard me as well!
