Cleanliness of room Patient and professional staff I think her name was Mikaylah She was working alone on Friday that we checked in but she handled us and the other guest with professionalism Even though there were some customers who wanted a room and there were none available and they were upset She handled them with professional manner

No complaints I just didnt like the stairs but Im getting older LOL

Office was locked when checking in. A guy walked up behind me way too close I asked the clerk to please let me in but she didn’t. He walked up on me again. Scary

Nice place. But don’t go through booking.com because I actually tried to cancel the day before and although website says free cancellation I was only offered the taxes back. Not good business booking.com

First, I want to thank Ms. Benita. She checked us in with ease and she was nice. The room was cleaner than I expected, even though there was a dirty towel left behind the bathroom door. However, the room smelled and look clean.

We were not aware there was WiFi available. There was a dirty towel left behind the bathroom door.

That the hotel was clean, quite, and easy to check into and out. Also, the staff was helpful, friendly and pleasant to communicate with.

But it would have been excellent if the breakfast actually had options that make scene. They had grist and waffles. But no eggs or meat to go with it.

Just would have liked the pool to be located in a more central location where it felt safe.
