Breakfast was very good. Location was good.

I stayed 5 nights on 3 day ask that bed sheet get changed. They did not change the bed sheets they just made the bed! ICE machine on 3 floor my floor was not working properly ice was always melted to the point that there was no sizeable chunks mostly water! Had to go down to first floor to get good ice. 3rd floor window view was the roof of the breakfast area. no good view of area landscape.

The whole hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious. We thought that we were going to have a continental breakfast, but it was a whole meal and it was delicious! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were not ready to leave. We will be definitely going back soon.

There was nothing to not like. We give this hotel a 10 plus rating. Everything was perfect. This hotel is in the perfect location, the food,staff,our room exceeded our expectations. Great customer service!

The hotel was going through a renovation but the staff and contractors worked hard to keep the areas safe. All amenities were still accessible. The location is great for baseball families! Large outdoor pool and gathering space. The room was also spacious and had master bedroom area. The breakfast staff were the absolute best along with housekeepers and front desk. Everyone was friendly!

John at the breakfest would be an asset to any organization - friendly - conscienous - place was immaculate Also, Angelica front desk (maybe wrong, but Anglic something cause she is an angel :) ) was fantastic!

Room was not cleaned first day - maybe I am not used to the rules for cleaning,

Janay at the front desk was very friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, and the breakfast options were enjoyable.

I loved the help of the staff Evelyn for my breakfast. CJ that morning had the General Manager fix a double booking charge for my room. The room was perfect, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially strawberry waffles!

Someone was walking the halls at night in a suspicious manner on his phone on my floor.

The breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The hours that the breakfast was available worked with our softball schedule.

The bed was a little too firm and the elevators broke down. One of the elevators was fixed quickly but the other wasn’t. The pool was not working either.

Very clean inside

Parking lot has some trash laying around. Cans , wrappers. Some customers must cool via their tailgates Can see grill grate and trash laying around.

Location is good as it’s away from the main road. The poor is very good for a hotel. Decent breakfast.

Lack in number of luggage carts. Guests keep them in their room.
