The location was great. There were a lot of places close by. We stayed for work and only had a 5 minute drive to our training center, which was super nice! The staff was excellent and quickly answered any questions we had. It was very spacious and comfortable.

It could've been a little cleaner. It was clean, but the sheets were dirty on the sofa bed, and the shower looked like it had dirt in the floor. The rest was very clean. The sheets on the beds were clean. The gym was lacking. No breakfast on site, but lots of breakfast options close by and a kitchen in the room to prepare breakfast!

Very nice. I loved the interior courtyard and the room was like an apartment. Much nicer than that of a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in. I arrived at 9:15 pm and the lady had sent me info on how to find my key in the lock box due to them closing the office at 9:00pm. I told her I would be there only a few minutes past 9 and I hope I could figure all that out, lol. When I arrived, I was so happy to see she had waited on me. She was extremely friendly and welcomed me and explained that she had already put my key in the secured lock box. I was extremely happy and grateful she did that. I only wished I would have gotten her name!

The guests who stayed on the 3rd floor above us, had a child/children running & jumping back & forth both nights. I did speak with front desk about it. Drove from Delaware & were were exhausted, but the noise was unbearable! Well after midnight!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a quite peaceful place to get away from the craziness at work and this place didn't Disappoint us at all, very quiet and secure building(card needed to enter building huge plus in my eyes), we had a suite on the 3rd floor and it was absolutely wonderful, living room with a pull-out couch and kitchen with everything you need right when you walk in and down the hall is the bedroom, we loved the separation between the room's, makes it feel more like a apartment. We really enjoy our stay and will definitely be back again and would recommend this place to anyone

No paper towels, dish soap or sponge

The room was more than we expected in a good way. Very spacious, new, and well thought out. We were happy to invite family over and it was better that we expected. The young lady at the desk was amazing!

We would of loved to stay longer but we only needed two nights. We defiantly hope there will be openings when we go back to Irmo. We will plan more now we know what to expect at this lovely home away from home.

The location was perfectly close to stores and the mall. The room was nice and comfortable. The TV was big screen smart tv with Netflix and cable. Minimum noise at night. None knocking on my door disturbing me for housekeeping even though I stayed there for two nights . It was a nice getaway wish I could stayed longer. This is my hide out from people

The 250 deposit that takes longer to get back it was only me the price should have been less if they wanted a deposit or they should take cash hold it and give it back after checkout if the guest wanted it that way it should have been a choice cash or on ur debit or credit card.

The space, location, clean and straightforward

The linens closet space small. Noise level. Can hear a lot of what’s happening through the walls and I had some noisy neighbors

it was clean, & pretty new. there’s a place to sit/cook outside if it’s warm enough. warm water to shower. local to stuff.

they didn’t have dish soap or hand paper. there’s a weird light in the air vent in the ceiling in the bathroom. time to check out nobody was around. tried calling the number on the door ten times, had to go find the receptionist.

Very well maintained, nice amenities, laundry facilities with machines that actually work! Pet friendly and super nice staff!

Dog walking was a bit challenging due to high traffic in the area.

I love the room setup.

It could have been cleaner in and around the elevator. The first room we were in was not so clean. Trash was under the couch when we pulled it out. The sheets were stained.
