Very clean and modern. Water pressure was phenomenal!

The $150 incidental deposit was not disclosed until after the reservation was confirmed. That is an obnoxious amount! Could not cancel the reservation upon finding out, either. Asked for a late checkout because we were down for a funeral that did not begin until 5pm. Checkout was at noon and never got a response to my request until 1pm, after checkout! There were a few stains on bed linens that looked like makeup. Shower head was aimed at glass so when water was turned on it sprayed out of the shower. Attention to detail warranted!

First they let me check in early no questions asked no extra charges. The night desk clerk was a senior in high school but had a great personality. Very welcoming and hospitality. I think her name was Kiara or something close but she helped me professionally and with a huge smile every time I came down. I checked out before breakfast but the atmosphere is very hip and inviting. There was n airport shuttle but the morning guy helped me load my many bags into my uber with pleasure. This was the best hotel experience I ever had and will be frequently visiting as I travel in and out of the state.

We arrived at 1:20pm I had made a request can we check in early 4 days ago , someone text stated they they get back with me, no one didn't, so I arrived at 1:20 the young lady look at computer say no in the computer it says 3pm , the other staff that were friendly she were stocking the snack area, so myself and hubby left and returned back around 3:45pm, The TV remote didn't work properly I let the desk know when I checked out.

We like ALOFT Hotels very much for their size and convenience and affordability when traveling with our small dog. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very nice. Their staff is always very nice and helpful. They also have a few charging stations for those of us with plug in electric cars that needed charging.

There was one issue thanks to the way BOOKING.COM lists the information. The pet fee was not clear and was $$ was not in the confirmation. I had noted that we would have our small dog with us and requested a first floor room. I will take this up with BOOKING.COM because apparently that one-time-fee is something that was buried in small print as it does not show on the confirmation. So, when we went to check out, that charge came as a surprise to us. Some hotel chains charge a fee and many do not... I can't recall paying one with ALOFT in the past ... so it would be far better if this was clearly included on the BOOKING.COM confirmation but that's something BOOKING.COM needs to address.

Everyone we interacted with was really nice. The bed was comfortable and it was a great price. Also really cool lounge and bar area although we didn't have time for it this time.

There were two bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. The room was really dark, and a hotel worker came into the room before we checked out because she thought it was empty.

We were traveling home to Florida with our small dog. We searched exhaustingly for a “pet friendly” hotel. All we encountered required a $75 non-refundable pet fee. Not so pet friendly after all. Finally, we found Aloft Hotel on hotel.com. Lo and behold, they were truly pet friendly, and did not require any additional fee. They even provided a doggie goodie bag! We were happily impressed.

Nothing negative to record. The web site at hotel.com did say there was a $7.95 breakfast, however, the items available were all Allacart. We didn’t partake.

Clean and friendly

I paid for this trip 3 weeks in advance. They wanted a card for a deposit when I got there. So I just gave them that due to I already paid for the room. They charged my whole stay on my card for deposit. Rendering me with little funds to get back to Texas.

Clean and it was a great location next to a mall and tons of food options.

They could have done a better job of cleaning my shower. The previous persons hair was clogged in the drain and after telling them multiple times it never was cleaned up.

The front desk staff was EXCELLENT! We came in early...way early. They accommodated us and did everything in their power to get 2 road weary travelers some place to rest. I will definitely make the effort to stay at aloft again Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

Being near the overlook, it got a bit noisy about 9:30-10, but the staff took care of it promptly

Staff was extremely friendly during check in and during check out! I appreciated the atmosphere, the attentiveness of the staff. Very accommodating and Helpful when it came to anything I needed.
