The coffee and breakfast were great, I went down every morning

The tub in the bathroom was a little scary, I am still recovering from hip surgery and the tub flooring was uneven and there was no mat so it was very slippery. Simply adding a mat in the tub would solve that problem.

I had to stay at Candlewood suites because you screwed up my booking but the staff there were amazing

I did not stay where I expected too, and now I am being double billed for the two days because I canceled one and the cancellation didn't go thru even though I had receivedaan email for it.

Good breakfast; pancakes instead of waffles. Very comfortable bed. Terrific location for restaurants, shopping, etc. Spacious room with good furnishings.

Sausage was overcooked. Coffee was weak. Parking lot was a little small for something like a dually or a truck with a small trailer.

I like the lobby and talking to David he was very very friendly and polite.

The only thing I didn't like was the window in our room needing dusting out. It looks like a little mold was in the cracks. .

The facility was clean and bright the help was very helpful

The hotel was in an area that has trees and shrubs that block views of signage and the TV guide was impossible to work with however the breakfast was guide good

The staff was great, very accommodating with me doing an early check-in. Room was spacious and allowed me to spread out and relax without having to stay on the bed.

Taking a shower, the bathroom leaked even with the curtain in the proper place. Had to use a few towels to clean it up and then cone to find out it went alway into the "foyer" of the room. Literally that's my only complaint is that I don't like the shower curtains lol

Check in and out was smooth, front desk receptionist at check in we're both professional and very friendly!

My arrival time changed twice before I got there so I had to call both times to make sure I told them. When driving by one's self that puts a lot of worry on you! I was in panic mode worried I would lose my room!

Convenient, quiet, smaller

The front desk staff was unpleasant from the get go and into the morning! Breakfast people were however very nice and accommodating!

THE ONLY THING THAT WORRIES ME IS THE AREA AROUND THE HOTEL SEEMS TO BE DECLINING

This is a nice hotel. It is Modern and clean. It is located near the mall and other shopping and food. it’s right off the interstate. The hot breakfast comes with the room and it’s the BEST Value for the money. The staff was really nice. I will stay here again.
