The hotel is in an area with lots of other businesses. Plenty of options for restaurants and shopping. Walmart is next to the property. Although we were off the interstate, there was no traffic noise during the night. Hotel staff upon check in was very professional and kind. He recommended a Chinese buffet that was .5 mile from the hotel. If you like seafood, check it out! Continental breakfast offered hot and cold options. Area for eating was spacious and very clean! All of the hotel staff we encountered were polite and professional! Room was great size and clean! Comfy bed and shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower.

The only thing I would change is hard wood floors throughout the room. But that’s just what I prefer.

The sheets were exceptionally soft and the pillow selection was fantastic.

The bathroom floors could have been swept a little better.

Our room and the lobby were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was near the highway and a Walmart if we needed anything. A lot of restaurants were nearby if needed. The bed was comfortable too.

The indoor pool was cold no matter how long you stayed in. Guests were smoking weed or vaping in the hotel (also in the elevator just as we got in).

Location is next to everything. Walmart is behind the parking lot, a gas station, restaurants, a shopping center and mall and Dave and Busters too. All withing walking distance. Breakfast was hot with a variety of options such as biscuits with gravy, eggs, sausage, two flavors of waffles strawberry and plain, bagles, English muffins, pastries, yogurt, cereal, and fruit, etc. Area was well lit, pictures on the site match exactly. Pool was indoor swimming. Staff polite and quickly handled requests.

Nothing to dislike.

The place was very clean and had a rather upscale look in the lobby. The room was clean. No complaints. Just stayed one night but literally next door to Walmart, perfect. Mall and restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable. Sofa bed made it a fit for my family of 7 (dad and baby boy on 1 bed, mom and daughters on 2nd bed and teen brothers on sofa bed. Yes, definitely need a condo type deal but we couldn't afford it right now so this worked out.) Staff were decently pleasant. The ladies on night shift were nice. Tv was huge. Enjoyed everything.

The man who was in charge (I presume) was really rude to a lady as her son had been careless and kept making small messes that he had to clean up. While I totally understand how frustrating that can be, the lady was super apologetic and was trying to sweep it up but he snatched the broom from her and does it himself with a rude demeanor. Definitely did not look good. And now I have to check myself because I can get frustrated and behave the same way and people could be watching me and get turned off just like I am now. We live and we learn. Breakfast was meh that morning.

Everyone was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. We had an accessible room so the shower was easy for my sister to use.

The pool was closed and there was no discount. You should fire whoever painted the room. There was paint all over the bathroom chrome fixtures. Very unsightly.

GREAT BREAKFAST! plenty of variety.

Grey paint spots on floor behind door right next to tub. Paint on tub center side next to toilet. Some came off with my fingernail. Paint overruns on black baseboards under sink. TV was a little slow to change channels and sometimes wouldn't change channels at all.

The breakfast was amazing and the location was amazing.

My refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out or smelt like spoiled milk , also it was a sign outside stating if someone breaks in your car it’s not there responsibilities I feel we staying ok your property you should protect our belongings.

It was clean, but I didn't like the fact I could not enjoy my breakfast in my room, for privacy.

I smelled marijuana on the elevator. The elevator was not clean at all, and I believe in first appearance. I believe the people next to us was smoking in the room, because we could smell cigarette smoke.

Exceptionally friendly front desk, room was very comfortable. Easiest check in and out process I've ever experienced.

The only minor improvement I may suggest is the 4th floor main hallway carpets are in desperate need of cleaning, but the rooms are very clean, so this made no effect on our visit.
