The room was very nice..

I didn’t like the check in process.. if I checked in using a digital key.. why did I still have to come to front desk.. Checking out the person that was at the front desk made it seem like I didn’t pay.. She had a different accent.. she talked over me when I told her I paid for the room that Friday.. she eventually apologized after the payment was received but I will never visit this hotel again EVER

I liked the location. It is close to everything you may need. I liked the friendly staff. Our room was freezing and we were having problems with the AC. The maintenance guy arrived literally within 3 minutes! I liked the breakfast options, they actually serve REAL grits! 😂

I didn't like that there was only one waffle maker and the wait time was a bit long for that item. I didn't like that I had to request a broom for the person on staff to keep the floor in the food area clean.

The property was clean, stocked with all we needed, and in a great location. Breakfast was great!

All of the staff were polite and helpful except one person—Julie. She was working the second shift on our last night there—Friday, January 26. When we asked her questions, she sighed, sucked her teeth, and acted like we were bothering her. She did not greet us in a positive or polite manner. We ran out of toilet paper and came down to ask for some and she seem bothered that we interrupted her time with her boyfriend, whom she was hugged up with behind the desk. We also asked to use the grill to cook food on—she hesitated and snapped“ you can use it but I can’t go get propane for it”. She then said “clean up when you’re done”. It’s not so much what she said as how she said it. She was just not a pleasant person. All other staff were polite and wonderful.

Kitchenette was a surprise, very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable, linen and towels were clean and new. Highly recommend this place. Wish there was one in Maggie Valley N.C.

Low to no water pressure in the bathroom that never got hot, there was someone blowing off the front entrance at 10:00 pm under our window that kept us wake until they finished, this should be done during the day time.

It had spacious main place inside and out, for gathering all your family. It has a large indoor pool, new equipment in the gym, a nice outdoor fire pit with comfortable sitting. It has gas grills to cook with, as well. The rooms were colorful, lots of storage, and nice appliances.

The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was not all that good and microwaved eggs.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we visit South Carolina. The location is convenient for our family as it’s near family and there is plenty to do in the area. The suite has a small kitchen which is great for my family. The staff is always friendly and housekeeping does a great job making sure we have everything we need.

Location was great. Quiet despite being by a main road. Well maintained property. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of grass for our dog to potty!

Overall clean. But not deep clean. There were drinks splashed on light covers and splatters of stuff on the bathroom wall. BUT room was clean surface wise. Bathroom fixtures were clean as well!

The convenience, roomieness, and no one to bother us.

The pull out sofa was too small and uncomfortable, with my mom being in a wheelchair it worried me beinging on the 4th floor, I felt that we should have been on the 1st. The shower was too small, I was wrapped up in the curtain by the end of my shower.

Breakfast, pool, location compared to where we wanted to go and explore each day. Mrs. Mary at the front desk made sure to make a connection with us each time she saw us. The lobby was extremely clean, all the facilities worked as expected. Our room was really clean and stocked with essentials.

The stay was great. The only complaints I could make are minor: My son really wanted sausage and is allergic to eggs. The only sausage available for breakfast was inside the bowls with eggs and other ingredients or on the english muffins with eggs and cheese, so he was bummed about that. Also, maybe ventilation at the pool? My kids love to swim and be in water, but I could not stand sitting in the pool area for more than 1.5 hours without my eyes watering and burning from the chlorine. Again, minor inconveniences.

Very clean comfortable and roomy. Check in clerk was very nice. Maintenance person was finishing up work in the room when I arrived and he was polite and apologetic.

No shampoo or tissues.
