I really appreciated the staff being able to accommodate my quick booking and stay. I appreciate that I could bring my pet and that the hotel itself felt safe with the hours of operation.

no breakfast option, and it probably isn't something the hotel staff can help, but the floor that I was on reeked of marijuana smell.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was big and comfortable.

Unfortunately the rooms need some work. The room was not very clean. There was food left in the kitchen cabinets and one of the beds had crumps and bugs.

This place is awesome. It has a kitchen and is beautiful and we loved it there. It was clean and it was like an apartment instead of a just a place to sleep. Great place! Would stay there again!

The room as a haul and we had a schlep our stuff a long way, but other than that, we really like it a lot and highly reommend it.

The staff are all very friendly, everyone from the maintenance man that changed the batteries in my door lock to housekeeping and the ladies behind the counter in the lobby. I truly could not have ask for more pleasant people to deal with. They treated me kindness and respect from check in to check out. If you are traveling with family and pets I highly recommend staying here.

The only thing I would change if I could would be the breakfast. They should add a few items so you have options.

I love all the staff and supervisor they are very professional and everything be in order and I feel like home they welcome me with open arms I have no complaints and the supervisor that check me out when I leave she is really super she no who she is I would recommend any body to come bto this location this is the best location I will never go to another hotel but this location harbison I I brag on this location to everyone so they super exceed in all areas

The room was so spacious as well as comfortable. The kitchenette was an added bonus. I appreciated the desk to work at. Everyone that works here is amazing, from the receptionists to the people cleaning the rooms. Very kind, always smiling and offering assistance. I had my two cattle dogs with me and everyone made me feel right at home, including my dogs. I appreciated the dog area outside.

The breakfast selection was small and limited. Mostly sugary snacks items like muffins. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruits, maybe yogurts, or some healthier items.

Everything the staff was amazing especially Katrina and Max (DOG)! The rooms were completely comfortable and clean!!! The beds was absolutely amazing better then my own bed!!!I also love that the room had a kitchen in it!!

Everything I had excellent customer service room very clean I have no complaints ever thing Excel over all the staff and supervisor was very excellent And polite with no wait I would recommend any one to come to this location for better service

I have nothing that I didn't like my stay was very great and I will continue to come to this location will not go anywhere else in Columbia this location over all is the best hotel

I love how the room was very clean and bed was clean and I love how the supervisor and staff greet me when I come in I don't never have to wait long for nothing so y'all keep up the good work I am coming to stay this Saturday I am looking for ward to coming and staying with y'all this weekend

The extended suite was very close to the interstate and made it very easy to find and get around..

The front desk was not attentive it took a while for someone to come to the counter... I had to call the 800 number for someone to come up front...
