Good facility, helpful staff, pretty good breakfast. Great location. We liked the hotel. We did not get to use the heated indoor swimming pool, but it looked very inviting. The room and bathroom were very comfortable.

It would be appreciated if hotels like this were designed with lots of parking near the front door. Check-in is a bit awkward in cold weather when final things need to be brought from the car behind the hotel before we get our key. Also, a few times guests spilled sticky drinks in front of the elevator or in front of the back door, and it took a while for the cleaning staff to see it and clean it up. We had to walk to our room a couple times with sticky liquid covering the bottom of our shoes.

Why did y’all run out of breakfast on Christmas? It really spoiled the stay for me. Management really needs to be more forward thinking. I feel like even though the truck comes late, arrangements could’ve been made to grab items from The grocery store to make sure that you had enough food to feed everyone. I felt sorry for the food service person. It wasn’t her fault but she had to deal with all the griping and complaining. Not cool.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The wifi worked. The swimming pool was great after a day of driving around.

The breakfast was average and it was strange to eat off paper plates and have a paper cup for coffee and plastic knife and fork. I am used to a coffee machine when traveling in Europe and proper plates and cutlery. Also there were days when the food was not restocked and therefore empty.

Breakfast was good. Location was great, I could walk to the wedding venue, Palmetto Collegiate Institute, and there were several restaurants nearby, the one next door, Mediterranean Cafe was pretty tasty. If I were there longer I would have went back.

Had issues with the toilet running, and the shower wasn’t hot, but as soon as it was mentioned it was handled.

The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was in place. I called to find out about just being able to drop my luggage off early because of a mandatory meeting that was to take place before check in time and would run until 7 or 8 pm. The desk clerk found out that there was a room Ready that was an executive suite. I was told to come in when I arrived in town and I could check into That room. The young lady was so Helpful.

It was clean.

I liked the spacious rooms and the overall cleanliness of the room.

Some of the staff were very rude when asked for new towels and washcloths. It was as hard as pulling teeth to get fresh ones. The pillows felt like you were laying on air... completely flat. Now, in the hotels defense, my head is quite large, but I didn't expect the pillows to go flat. You would be better off folding up a sheet and using it instead.

We were there for the Liverpool vs Manchester game. The hotel was more than what we expected. My husband is disabled and the bathroom had a walkin shower and was very spacious. The room was large and had a fridge, and microwave which my 13 yr old was thankful for lol. Great variety at breakfast bar. Clean pool. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Breakfast was delicious, loved sitting outside by the street. The people working there were friendly, helpful and outgoing. I would gladly stay there again.

To be extra picky, the parking at the rear was well lit, but still a little sketchy. It might be a little too easy to be approached there.

Cleanliness is at the top of my priorities, and I wasn't disappointed. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise, though the potatoes were too greasy to eat. The bold coffee was delicious! Your staff were professional, courteous and friendly.

I went downstairs for a quick swim in the morning. Unfortunately, a pipe had burst in the pool area, and it was closed for repairs. I'm not complaining though, because half of your guests were there because of frozen pipes!

Everything was great, excellent customer service. Lobby, pool area, hallways and room very clean. Breakfast was delicious and they had a variety of foods to pick from. My son is in a travel soccer team and we visit a lot of hotels during each season, this hotel was one of the best we stayed yet.. Updated furniture, The heated pool was working and clean, the room was big and so clean, front desk staff day/ night were friendly and helpful. Also we were next to the elevator and still didn't have a problem with noises.... Definitely recomend it..
