Everyone was very nice about my needing to extend my stay day by day for almost a week. It was quiet and someone was always at the desk when i came and left at odd hours (like 5 am) so it felt safe. I am elderly and use a walker so I know that I can be vulnerable.

The bed was comfortable once I could crawl up onto it! There is no way someone in a wheel chair could get in the bed because it was so high. There was a narrow couch in there that they would have to use but I don't think that would have been very comfortable. I had a handicap room which had good grab bars for the bathroom.

Close to the interstate, bed was comfortable our room was clean and quiet could not hear the interstate even though we were right next to it. The breakfast was great a lot of options including a drink machine for specialized drinks such as hot chocolate or lattes. Full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was a nice touch. Plenty for all three of us. Great value all around a lot of amenities for the little price we paid.

I could be really nit picky anyone could, but it would be silly. The breakfast area is small like in other reviews, but who cares they also have tables in the lobby where you can sit. We got our breakfast and went back to our room. Our sofa bed did not have sheets so we had to go back to the lobby to get sheets again not a big deal took 2 min.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Complementary Café latte and coffees and chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies were at the check-in. The room was very spacious extremely clean. The bathroom was sparkling white. Complementary breakfast was awesome, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy biscuits, bagel, cream, cheese, pancake, and waffle maker with flavored at original syrups, milk, cereals yogurt with all the toppings such as walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips, etc., and the area to sit in for breakfast was extremely large, not crowded at all.. Next to the elevators is a pure life water dispenser, tall enough to fit your yeti cup or etc. I have stayed here numerous times and it is always my pic when I am on the west side of Knoxville, Tennessee. In the summer, there is a nice large pool with plenty of table with umbrellas and chair, chairs, and lounge chair chairs.

Everything is perfect at this hotel in West Knoxville, Tennessee. There is not a thing I can say bad about it.

Staff was helpful --- promptly supplied a remote for the TV. We were given Rm 217, an executive suite that included a sofa and a wet bar unit (sink, microwave, dishwasher and cabinets). Accommodations were comfortable, clean and spacious. The very large TV had a gorgeous picture. The breakfast selection was better than most.

Shower water pressure was a bit anemic. Noise from the nearby interstate was noticeable. Note to management: check the bathtub plumbing for a possible leak; the floor mat became soaked along the edge abutting the tub during a short shower.

Breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of items from cereal and granola to waffles and pancakes, sausage and biscuits and gravy, juice, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. We enjoy using the workout rooms at the hotels we stay in and this hotel's room was great. It had all the standard things you needed and everything was well maintained, working smoothly and was a decent quality. We had a great stay! (pool was not open yet, so no comment on that).

I love the location and the property is always clean and welcoming. The room we eventually were moved to was a very beautiful and spacious room. Guest services were very nice and polite.

I will start with the breakfast. The breakfast needs to have a complete overhaul. I always stay at this hotel when I’m traveling through Knoxville and the first stay, the breakfast was fresh and hot but the last two stays it seems as if they have the wrong personnel preparing the breakfast. The eggs were runny because they were not cooked properly and the bacon looked like it was soaked in a pan of grease. The biscuits were hard as if they were from the day before. House keeping needs to pay more attention to changing the sheets and making the bed properly. Also, make sure they take all the used towels to prepare the rooms for the next guests.

The hotel is what you expect for the price. The staff was friendly and the building, though old, was well-kept. Breakfast looked good but I only had coffee.

My main issue with the room was that there was no overhead lighting, and not enough lighting overall. They had disabled wall switches, so you had to use the buttons on the lamps to turn lights on, except in the bathroom. Additionally, the window sounded like it was open, though it was closed. The road noise was a little loud, but didn't keep me from sleeping.

We stayed for one night to rest during our road trip. It couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel is well located in the area with lots of restaurants so it's easy to find a place to eat. The room is nice and spacious and the bed is very comfy. Parking is free and easy to find in the hotel parking areas. Unfortunately we had to leave very early on the next morning because we had to continue our road trip and didn't get the chance to try the breakfast. Will definitely looking forward to stay again at this hotel or another Best Western Plus location!

The hot breakfast buffet was delicious and the 24 hour availability of coffee and tea drinks was awesome! Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a filtered water dispenser available partway through our stay which made filling my water bottle easy. The staff were very friendly and the location was close to our son. We were very pleased with our stay.

The only issue was a 1 am phone call from the front desk to see if our TV was on loudly, which it wasn't. We were annoyed by that.

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus for a Tennesee game weekend. At check in, there were fresh cookies for guests. Loved the the layout of the hotel, especially the internal stairs in the middle of the hotel. Made it convenient getting up and down from our room to the lobby. Room was very spacious and clean. Location was great also. Lots of restaurants to choose from near by. It was also far enough away from campus that you got to get away from the large crowds.

The pillows were a little flat.
