The Fraye registration is very friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Kima. What a great employee. She was amazing.
The breakfast was expensive. Food was marginal. Staff in the restaurant this morning who took the order never refilled coffee even after asking for a refill. The waitress who delivered was kind and Efficient. Housekeeping needs to improve their attention to detail. Had to go to the front desk to ask for refills for coffee and creamer. Never received fresh ice bags. Had to ask front desk again. The hotel glasses never replaced. The dirty glasses were left for 6 days. The shower body wash was empty for two days. We needed a refill for Kleenex.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The 7th floor with live music was awesome!
The manager -Antwan was not accommodating at all and to be quite frank, a bit condescending.

The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Very diversed. They made the stay worth while and refreshing because the other Tennesseens overall were not very friendly and I’m from Alabama.
The bed size seemed smaller. I sleep in a king at home. Breakfast should have been cheaper or free or complimentary or continental. Parking was too high. We were charged additional taxes that were not originally quoted. I feel like the mistletoe club or hotel fraye should have had complimentary hats and horns, maybe some confetti for the New Year’s Eve Celebration for their guests who chose to stay indoors on such a rainy/frigid night.

This is a very pretty hotel, with great amenities. Our room was roomy, nice bathroom, amazing lighting; floor lights up at night so you don't trip in the dark. There is a water station/ice machine that has the good ice! Gym and pool were pretty nice too. Also, the decor is quite beautiful at this hotel. I loved the furniture especially the blue leather desk chair in my room with brass legs and arms; it elevated the room. The surrounding area has lots of food options nearby and was pretty peaceful.
Service was a bit lackluster, hit and miss. I went to get breakfast at the counter, and the young gals were gossiping and not very friendly that I didn't bother eating there again even though I really liked the food and coffee. Jean(?) was super helpful with info and answering my questions and another front desk staffer (female) went out of her way to say hello when we came in- very nice touch.

The valet staff were terrific, welcoming every time when approached, vehicle was always retrieved quickly. At least one valet was at the desk at all times. I’m not sure what the occupancy was while we were in town for the weekend, but our floor was very quiet and you don’t hear outside noise either. The Keurig coffee maker is a nice touch to start the day and was kept very clean. On my last afternoon in Nashville, the young man at the 7th floor bar left me sit for a drink, or two, before the actual opening time (he was still setting up his bar) and was very personable and knowledgeable about his bourbon stock. He even offered a small sip of two bourbons I had never tried before. Usually, only a brewery would offer a sample of their product. Anticipating a guest’s needs is a highly valued skill and only the best hotels offer this level of hospitality. Well done to the young man at the bar and the Hotel Fraye.
Front desk staff could use some training in guest relations. When approaching the desk, the staff member should always make eye contact and be the first to speak in greeting the guest. The staff we met were just not that personable. The downstairs bar closes far too early.

Wonderful pool and bar with strong prickly pear margarita on tap! Room temperature was perfect at all times, and loved that with the Hilton Honors app you could download a digital room key and control all room functions from there. Our room was cleaned in a timely manner everyday and we were provided with new towels. Gym facility was also very nice and practical. Had everything you would want for a quick vacations workout! Was super clean, with towels, and not over crowded. Staff was extremely friendly from the front desk to the bar. Bathrooms in the lobby are also individual stalls that lock for extra privacy (if you do not feel like doing #2 in your own room). Absolutely perfect stay, easy to get ubers from the front of the building and only a 25 minute walk to Broadway. Would stay again in a heartbeat. There is a Hattie B’s hot chicken right next to the hotel, and the other restaurants and bars that surround the hotel were a bit more chill but just as fun as Broadway if you need a break from it during your trip! Highly recommend Kung Fu’s barcade and the stillery for hot chicken max and cheese fix. If you’re going soon though, beware of the cicadas!
Those working at coffee cafe in the lobby seemed stressed.

the staff was amazing and very helpful and the valet drivers were very nice and even helped us load our car up!
i didn’t like that the only option for parking is $52 valet parking, but i will admit it did come in handy and was very time saving and convenient, and you know your car is safe and won’t be broken into. Another small complaint is the pool closes at 8:00 pm, this is primarily an adult hotel so I don’t see why the pool can’t be open later since there isn’t really any kids to worry about at this hotel and as long as everyone is mindful of their noise, but I think the pool should be opened later for guests to enjoy considering how much this hotel costs.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Nice shower and city view room.
Some staff were lax and some were rude…. all the valet people except Jean Paul, who was exceptional. On booking I paid for the room and all fees and taxes. We were double charged on the fees and taxes from the hotel. The room service didn’t bring any silverware or napkins for our order so as we waited for them as our food was became cold. Told them to bring another order to replace. The food is expensive. And bad service in the dining room also. Had to keep asking for everything again like service, silverware, menus, water, etc etc. For a hotel at this price point we were disappointed. Pillows were terrible.

I have to say that my girlfriends and I travel twice a year together and we usually use Vrbo. We use vrbo because we just like hanging out and spending time together, cooking, playing games etc. But this year one of our lady's in our group decided where to go and she choose Nashville, so we choose a hotel this year. Im always in charge of accommodations and through much research I chose this hotel. This hotel was in one word was....EXCEPTIONAL!!! From the start, the check in from a very sweet young lady....Morgan was amazing! The level of service in nothing short of absolutely spectacular! From the front to the housekeeping service and an outstanding shout out to your very professional, very sweet man that absolutely loves what he does....Jean Paul!!! But the entire staff knows what it means when it comes to costumer service, it has become a lost art and has become obsolete. But NOT in this case, every staff member that we came in contact with was amazing!!!! So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.... To the entire hotel Fraye staff......yall rock!!!!! Thank you......Selene
Absolutely nothing!

Large room with a couch area and coffee table. Very spacious bathroom. It was a long walk to downtown. The scooter rental was fun. I've never rode one. I'm 64 years old, and it was easy to get on. Nashville is a place I'd visit more than once.
The pool water was a bit too cool for me. Beautiful pool and bar area on the 7th floor. Drink prices are too high, I know that's a big city. But 14 to 17 dollars for a small glass.
