The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good as well it was a real Continental breakfast. Many advertise that, but are not.

The room was a little crowded with furniture. There were two chairs in the room with a table, tbh, you couldn't easily sit in both chairs, there wasn't enough room.

So just a quick suggestion, since we’re kind of a protein family, it would be nice to have another option for the meat maybe bacon also the pancake maker sometimes worked sometimes didn’t but overall the staff was great for breakfast and it was a nice free breakfast. Thank you.

Quiet, warm and cozy surroundings. Staff helpful and caring. Room decor very nice.

My key wouldn't work in the side door, no decaf coffee in dining area, dining area closes at 9 am instead of 10 am, carpet needed shampooed in room.. Also had to pay for parking!

Location was easy to get to and centrally located. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very good - diverse, tasty.

Everyone was friendly and polite. Smelled nice and clean. I work in hospital setting and I can see very sanitary and made me feel like your hotel takes pride in your appearance!

It was a typical holiday in express. I prefer them.

The staff checking us in were not good. Very slow and had no idea what they were doing. They were irritated that the rooms were booked through booking.com and were less than helpful. I wouldn’t stay there again just because of that.

The location was great and I really liked breakfast.

The one thing that I disliked about the hotel was the Direct TV was not working when we stayed there. We were only able to watch about four channels
