Stayed here 3-4 times now. The new pre-checkin online option that they have makes in person checkin take less than a minute, awesome enhancement. Friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff. Clean room, comfortable beds, good AC, all facilities working with no issues. Didn't stay for breakfast. Multiple national restaurants within walking distance including two literally in the same parking lot. Easy access off the highway. This time highway noise was not an issue. All in all, it remains my top option for overnight stays.

We originally booked with another Laquinta, but when we arrived the facilities were not what we expected. We immediately checked out and booked with this location. Danielle at the front desk was warm and inviting and made sure everything we needed was there. You should honestly promote her to the manager, she's the best employee you have. She told us we'd like it there better and she was right. We have found a new home when we come to El Paso.

Staff was always nice, helpful, and respectful. Rooms were clean and well stocked with soaps and towels and toilet paper. It appeared to be nice and quiet throughout the night. They had hot coffee, hot chocolate, cold water, and cold punch all day/ night. I felt very at ease during my stay.

I would have liked to see some more warm breakfast options aside from waffles and breakfast sandwiches you have to heat yourself. The parking lot was a bit dark at night, especially the back entrance.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing! Very friendly and nice. Every time I carried my scared dog in and out of the hotel they were so caring. Eventually he did go in and out on his own and they acknowledged him. Very sweet girls.

Only complaint would be peep home in door had to be closed with toilet paper .

Rooms that face the highway do get a lot of car noise, so light sleepers should probably ask for a non-highway room. Minor cosmetic enhancements in hallways are needed. Nothing really major, this hotel is a solid choice.

We always stop at this hotel on our way to La and also going back home very clean and customer service is always great

The only bad thing about this hotel is that the chairs in the rooms are always dirty they need to cleaned very badly,We don’t sit on them at all other than that everything thing else is fine.

How close it was to everything. It was actually quiet and comfortable. Will definitely book again for our next trip

The pillows were really small and lumpy. Had to buy our own pillows. Tv wasn't working, but that wasn't much of an issue since we would pretty much go and sleep.

The breakfast was amazing and exceeded expectations. This alone will bring us back. The room was excellent and the bed was so very comfortable.

The hallways and ice areas are in significant need of repair which leads one to believe they will not enjoy the stay but once you open the door to your room your realize you will be very comfortable here.

We arrived very late but the desk person had me checked in and was ready with my room key. The breakfast was decent. We loved the Texas shaped waffles.

The internet was temporarily unavailable, but since we didn’t have much time before going to bed, it wasn’t that big of a deal.

The breakfast was great and there was plenty of it. The hotel was clean and the location was easy to find and it was near restraunts so I could just walk .

I didn't realize there was an event going on that weekend, so there were alot of motorclyes , and it was pretty noisy. But other than that I had a great weekend.
