We had to change rooms, as the TV didn't work and that room was really pretty, turquoise paint and neat decor. The floors are new I believe, and I really liked them. Not like icky carpet... It's obvious there is a refurbishing going on. The outside walls look newly painted, I wonder what color the new doors will be...beds and bedding are great! I love the beautiful big potted palms on the way to the pool, (also nice and clean) I hope some nice market umbrellas will go at the poolside tables, that would make it awesome 😎 I hope the bathroom stays the same, tubs are important for relaxation 😁 We really had a good rest that we needed. Thx!

The caulking and trim in the bathroom needs to be replaced. And the the trash around the palm trees is sad. Overall great!

Everything, it is such a pleasure to stay at La Quinta

Only thing was that due to the strong wind gusts, a part of the advertisement was separated from it and it was hanging and knocking on itself making noise all night. Couldn’t sleep as good as i wanted to but these things happen.

Location was close by surgical center. That was the reason we needed a motel. The motel was extremely accommodating to us. The beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and had microwave, refrig, nice TV and bathroom. Everything we needed.

Everything was fine. We did not have the breakfast due to surgery so cannot comment on that.

The room was very big and the bed was okay! The breakfast was complete, just one thing ! The bagels finished on Saturday and they didn’t put again on Sunday! U think you could be careful with that details , the same with the yogurt and fruits!

The room was exceptionally clean . We really liked the king bed and the room was spacious .The location was perfect for what we had planned during our stay .

The blow dryer didn't work .

I have to ask for toilet papers and to come and clean my room after 5 days staff got up set I didn’t understand why I was very polite

All the staff was awesome they were all vert courteous and professional.

I really think you need a chair in the room. Helps when we are changing. Refrigerator was too high. Froze all the waters and sodas

Additional entrance from Lomaland Drive.

Additional entrance from Lomaland Drive needs a big bright entrance sign with your logo on it . I couldn't find where to turn in. Shady people walking around at night. Loud music from cars in the parking lot. Lack of security personnel.

The front desk person, Krystal, was very sweet and helpful. I was having a Lasik procedure done on my eyes and wanted to make sure I had a non-smoking room. She accommodated my request and was super helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I usually bring my own pillows because I don’t like the hotels, but they had really nice pillows and used them.

There was renovations going on, and that was a little unsightly, but to be expected. There were some other guests that were bothersome. A good portion into the night, there was a lot of LOUD arguing and I believe the police had to come.

It was cheap and easy to find

The outside was very dirty full of beer bottles and cigarettes. There were kids everywhere and any one of them could’ve picked something up and dranken it or smoked it.
