It is a very good option if you a have an early departure from ELP. Si vienes de Chihuahua, queda muy bien para dormir una noche. Basic commodities. The staff was great during check-in. The room I got in the first place had no working TV but was changed to another one. Good location close to restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed with good shower and water pressure. Great value for money, don't expect luxury.

The area around the parking area had trash. Overall a bit dirty.

Nice and welcoming staff, Good breakfast with toasts, eggs, yoghurt, coffee, tea etc. The room was clean and comfortable enough to crash there after more than 24 hours flight from Europe. If you want the shuttle taxi from El Paso airport you must call the accomodation to send it for you.

Somebody left food in the fridge. And I did not find out how to switch on lamps by the bed.

The room was excellent. Good value for money. No noise from the highway. The staff were friendly and helpful

Confusion over the airport shuttle. I was told to come to reception at 6am to catch the shuttle but when I got there was told there was no shuttle until 8am. Too late for my flight. Honest mistake but I had to get an uber

The property has a nice dog walk area as well as a pool. The ice machine on our building was broken so we had to walk to the next building it not to far. The hair dryer was broken as well. Breakfast was the best Bart. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, milk and juices. Very nice.

The Breakfast is Phenomenal! The Front Desk Agents were attentive and knowledgeable. The Management is Professional and promptly responded to requests. My free room upgrade by the pool was amazing! A definite must stay in El Paso for travelers looking for an affordable comfortable stay!

I like how fast and friendly the front desk is. How affordable the rooms are how clean the rooms are. If u get the better room oh my goodness they are awesome. This hotel place definitely puts other hotels in competition. I've been to several ones and I rate them and this is one is my favorite.

Beautiful grounds. Roses and fan palms. Fountain, pool. Running toilet that needed adjustment after each flush. Door didn’t close quite right. Breakfast was sparse at 9:00 but I am sure it was because they were winding down because it ends at 9:30

staff is very friendly, always are very kind anytime me and my boyfriend stay. They’re very accommodating, clean, and overall great people who run the store ❤️❤️

we were right next to the maintenance room 💔 (they play their music extremely loud and woke us up everyday due to the noice)
