This is my favorite place to stay in El Paso. The staff is wonderful, the GM is one of a kind (she's wonderful). The hotel is clean, comfortable and just a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. I extended my stay and to be honest, I'm taking my time finding a home I want because I have everything I need right here!! I recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for comfort, excellent staff and service, cleanliness, and a joy to be at. I won't stay at any other hotel because I'm treated so well that it's like coming home. The prices are excellent, and the amenities are really nice. Now they have a great kitchen area but you will have to bring your own kitchen necessities and that's not really a bad thing. The hotel is also secure and there are security cameras everywhere to make sure you stay safe. I just can't say enough about this "home away from home". You stay here, and I'm sure you'll feel the same way. I love it 💕

Well, that's easy to describe because I can do it in one word.....nothing!!

This hotel is amazing. They are so friendly and accommodating they make you feel like family. Everyone is amazing with love, care and concern for their guests. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and go the extra mile to make you feel at home. If you get the chance to stay here and you don't, then you have missed a great experience and a wonderful luxury. I will stay here Again and again and again if I'm ever in need of hotel accommodations. I'll make sure everyone I know will know about this diamond among the sleep of hotels to choose from and you can't beat the price for all you get. This is a treasure that should be shared with everyone needing a place to say, a good night's sleep and wonderful people taking care of you! GO HERE DONT DELAY!!!

You've got to be kidding!!! Hmmm let me see....ok how about NOTHING!!!!! I LOVED EVERYTHING!

It has a level of safety because the doors granting access to the rooms and elevators are controlled by room key. Even the main entry at the front desk needs a key to access the rooms and elevators. The time before last they were booked up, this last time I reserved a room but when I went it overbooked. This is my faverote place to stay, and the parking lot is well lit.

I originally had a reservation with another hotel and that hotel was horrible, I drove almost 10 hours, sat in the parking lot all night long until almost 10:00 the next morning because the other hotel could not get it together and it was just horrible. WoodSpring Suites in El Paso not only checked me in early they went above and beyond to make me comfortable, I have a service animal they did not give me any trouble with her, they were very polite, very professional, very good people and a great hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, everything worked, very very nice, will only stay at woodland springs suites when I am in El Paso.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, everything was great

I loved the room and the space and the shower was really good and I had one of the best experiences at this hotel.

What I didn't like is the location, but other than that it was perfect for the price. What I would recommend is having two entries because the hotel does get packed really fast and it's understandable. Very good location.

Nice, clean

Weekend tenants had a cookout and music just outside the side entrance/exit. Recommend that an area be available for such activities away from the building.

Staff were professional, communicated well, and were very nice.

The shower isn’t the best. The shower head has bad water pressure and you had to almost turn it off to have the water not be super hot.

Everything since i started doing checkin the service was great.

There were some guys at the parking lot until late night with loud music and hardly was able to sleep. So been with a migraine all day today

Solid building. Didn't hear people walking around next to or above me. No carpet.

Room faced Highway 10 and was loud. Single elevator for four stories.
