Never disappoints. I was there the night before and because of a work schedule mishap .. had to suddenly stay another night; the staff were very understanding and helpful with my situation and made the decision to instantly book another much easier.

I have NEVER had an issue here, and most likely ever will but in the room I was in .. well it was freezing and as much as I tried moving the thermostat, it just didn’t turn off at all .. ended up getting fed up and decided to head to the front desk, I waited around and couldn’t find anyone in sight (note: it was 4AM) so I slept pretty bundled up and once asleep; all was forgotten. Something minor and unexpected but I’m sure it was more my fault than anything - could’ve easily been user error or maybe not?

Great location for an overnight to Guadalupe Mountains National Park, since it is right off the highway. Really good breakfast, a lot of variety and seasoned. The hotel is also new and felt modern. The room was also large and comfortable.

We couldn't figure out the A/C system. There was both a thermostat and a wall unit, but they didn't seem to connect to each other so we both woke up hot in the middle of the night. Also, we could hear people as they arrived through the night.

The room was exceptionally clean, also .. I called and asked if I was able to check in earlier than the time given, luckily I was allowed (which saved me from having to drive around for another hour).

I’m unsure of what happened, but the entire hotel lost its power. The outside light, the hallways, my room .. it was a bit a bit eerie but the darkness was only for about maybe 10 mins, if that. It also happened at about 4/430A so in reality .. I might’ve been dreaming?

The room was very large and the interior design was modern and fun.

-Overpowering seafood odor in the hallway and somewhat in the room.. -Water from the shower head wand never became hot. Shower water flow rate from the main shower head was frustratingly low, while from the sink, it was strangely too powerful. -A/C was not able to reduce room temperature from the starting temperature of 73F to 70F overnight.

Amazing property and staff

The tech in the building is sub par. I had to move rooms because the tv would not work and kept turning off. The second was better but the exception that I was unable to log on to the WiFi. Several others staying at location said the WiFi was unreachable thru the instructions gives by staff. Very disappointing.

We stayed in this hotel once it first opened and the second visit was much better than the first. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Keep up the good work.

Nothing other than a smell just off the front desk? It was there during the first visit as well. Not sure what it was but was not a pleasant smell?

The hotel was inviting and very clean. The room was comfortable and clean also. You could tell the property was well maintained. I look forward to staying there again.

The walks are MUCH too thin. I could not only hear the tv in the next room, I could hear the man coughing.
