The customer service and staff were excellent. And El paso P.D does make frequent visits but it really assures that they are around for safety to the innocent traveling here. Or at the minimum makes the would-be criminals know that Cops are around.

The strange tattoos face people that sometimes lingerie with their suitcase in the front looking suspiciously up to no good. Sometimes they are there for hours. But I stay in my room and keep to myself and am always vigilant.

Excellent quality of personnel...well trained, knowledgeable and available without being interfering in your day to day activities. Maintenance was on point, and housekeeping as well. Front desk young ladies are all helpful and efficient. We had a fire at our residence so as we decide what to do, we welcome this pet fee not needed hotel which is also in a great location for dining and shopping . Our two rescue cats love to lookout the window and admire the view. Tony, the GM is outstanding!

Nothing was unsatisfactory so far and we have been here over a month and probably will be for another month or two.

Guest services were kind and were able to accommodate us as we arrived earlier than expected. We definitely will book a room with your location again during our next trip to El Paso Texas. Coffee was fresh every morning.

The floor was not exactly clean, after we showered just the walk from the bathroom to the bed our feet were dirty :( with the exception of that we have no complaints. We'd come back again.

It was okay for the money a bit far from wet & wild & the outlet mall! Not realizing the location for us!!

We didn't like that there was a few individuals outside late at night making a lot of noise! Guys sitting in their vehicle in the back of the hotel! Yelling banging on the door next to us!! Looked kinda scary!! Also our room wasn't cleaned up we only had a few towels so we had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels!

I loved the location. Reservationist was professional, courteous, and friendly. Really liked the ease of checking in, and the location of the room was a bonus. Mattress has seen some better days but was really comfortable, and bedding was clean!

I would have rated exceptional, but the room itself was in dire need of renovation. Like a room from one of those dive flicks. I am really amazed being I frequently select Motel6 due to location and cost. I'm just stopping for a decent night's rest. Which I will say I enjoyed!

The room was clean and cool. On the 2nd floor by the pool area.

Someone came knocking really loud and rattling the door handle at around 3 :00 a.m. I told the person they had the wrong room without opening the door. This happened twice. My was wife was startled and she was afraid to go back to sleep. We left an hour later very upset. We told the front clerk of the incident. She just apologized.

Best 2 star I ever stayed at. Very basic of course, but vortable.ry clean. Lots of towels and lots of high pressure hot water. Bed was comfortable. Pillows fine. Blankets clean and warm. Heater worked well. There is another Motel 6 nearby that I would avoid.

The facility and mostly the staff.. From Tony to Eddie to the entire female staff as well. All of them are always busy working hard to keep this hotel up to standards and above in some situations.

My room was nice and comfortable and clean,restroom clean shower clean facility clean and quiet. Truck parking,excellent and convenient which was my first time having to park a commercial truck at a hotel. I was very thankful for that. I dont knwo what the rest of the rooms look like but keep up the good work Mtl 6 this location 👍🏿! I was at another location the night before and boy hyde! Never again that one if I can help it Thanks for asking!

Dont really have anything I can say I did t like. Continental breakfast wouldve been nice tho!

Experienced car trouble while traveling cross country, spent 3 days in el paso trying to get it figured out. Tony was more than accommodating, made a stressful situation a little easier to deal with. Greatly appreciated!
