I drove from Virginia and from the moment I checked in, Ramada El Paso exceeded every expectation. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and made the whole process smooth and fast. My room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a full kitchenette, which was a major bonus. The bed was so comfortable I almost missed my morning plans! The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown or Fort Bliss. But what really sets this place apart is the vibe, it feels safe, quiet, and homey. I didn’t expect this level of comfort and cleanliness at such an affordable price point. Also, big shoutout to the pool and complimentary breakfast! It was refreshing, and the food was delicious and filling, and perfect for starting the day without hassle. Whether you’re stopping through or staying a while, I highly recommend Ramada El Paso. It’s budget-friendly without sacrificing quality, and honestly, one of the best stays I’ve had in the area. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Our stay at Ramada by Wyndham was wonderful, as always. We love the quiet facilities, the excellent food served for breakfast, and the very kind and helpful staff! They are so courteous, and the owner is a delight to speak with!

The bed was a little stiff this time around, but I love the king size, and the bedding is always clean and neat when we return each day! We have stayed there about three times now, and I don't remember the bed being uncomfortable. It may have just been the one room, but it's not a deal-breaker! The overall comfort and satisfaction are really high, and we will always be back!

The rooms were big, the floors were clean, the tv was big enough, the kitchen was usable even though I didn’t use it.

First, the bathroom was very outdated. The shower did not function well, and the toilet was unusually low with visible stains, which made it feel less clean and comfortable. Second, and more concerning, was the bedding. The sheets and pillowcases had stains, and there were multiple hairs on the pillows and sheets. This raised serious concerns about whether the linens had actually been changed before my stay, which left me feeling uneasy. Cleanliness and upkeep are very important to me when traveling, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

The breakfast here was really good and actually considered hot breakfast. Such as chilaquiles, guisados, biscuits with gravy, and the standard breakfast items you can get at any other hotel. They have literally anything you can need during your stay such as a laundry facility, pool, private parking, kitchen in your room, baby crib, etc. If you're looking for a place to stay the night or even a few I highly recommend it here! The price was very good for everything that was offered.

The only thing was I was hoping the laundry facility had a coin machine. I had to get change at the front desk which was not a problem they gave me exactly what I needed. It just makes it more convenient to have a coin exchange at the laundry facility because you have to go to the back part of the building where the main entrance is.

Overall, my experience was very good. The only downside was a situation with the staff. First, I should clarify that we arrived at midnight, so it’s somewhat understandable that the staff was tired. However, the problem was that I’m 20 years old and made the reservation through Booking. When we arrived, I was told they don’t accept bookings made by guests under 21 and that I should request a refund — without offering any other solution, in the middle of the night. I had to be the one to suggest that I was traveling with my parents and ask if we could change the reservation under their name. The staff member agreed, but what bothered me is that if I hadn’t insisted or asked, I probably wouldn’t have been able to check in. I think that part of the service could be improved.

Large room (600 sf, perhaps?) Comfortable bed, full kitchen, sitting area, instant-on hot water. Spotlessly clean. Helpful gent at the front desk. Easy check-in; breakfast (I did not partake, left hotel before 6:00 a.m.) 10 minutes - or less - to airport. Pretty safe area.

Exterior doors (IOW, a MOTEL actually, not a HOTEL). Air conditioner unit was adequate but not close to the sleeping area, so, modest. Hotels rarely provide adequate soap, shampoo, etc anymore (I understand, cutting costs) so I always being my own products.

This place is so awesome and the staff is very helpful and friendly ,faculty is clean and renovated but renovated like new ,no complaint so far . I never experienced the breakfast like here before so many option in breakfast and breakfast was warm and very tasty .They have soup ,boiled eggs ,fruits and so any other option like mashed beans and tortillas .I love their place thanks

Beautiful property, the room was perfect for our family. Breakfast was good, friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Our room had a kitchenette but the property does not supply anything for it. No utensils, dishes, pots or pans. Just empty cabinets. I asked the front desk and was advised they do not supply anything for it but I could buy a cheap set at Walmart. I'm not going to do that while on vacation, obviously, so that wasn't a great recommendation for me. We spent 4 nights in the room as we were there for Thanksgiving. Not that I could've made a whole meal in a kitchenette but it would've been nice to have something to utilize the amenities.

I was locked from my apartment for the night and figured I needed a bed and while searching this place came up, from the reviews I already read I had healthy expectations for this place but honestly it exceeded my expectations, it is a beautiful location, as I was parking it felt as though I went from the dark dank streets into a whole resort, loved the hotel the room was wonderful and although i didn't make it to breakfast I heard nothing but great things about it!

Everything. The room was fantastic. The staff, especially Mr Patel was very helpful. They went out of their way to help us in a personal matter. Also, they were helpful in telling us about tourism in the city. But what was the cherry on the cake was the outstanding breakfast. So many options.

I am tryin my best to think of something i may have not liked. Maybe Ramada can try to have airport shuttle. that would be greatly appreciated.
