Location was good, lots of things around it; easy in and out; easy to find. good value for the price

There was only one chair. we were there for several days... it would have been nice to have had somewhere for each of us to sit other than against the headboard.

It was an older property, but for the rates and a place to stay for a quick weekend, it was great. No complaints. Great location near the interstate for easy get-around, but just enough away from the city noise that it was quiet and peaceful

First off let me start by helping set the record straight. After reading some of the past reviews and comparing them with our experience at this same hotel, I honestly don't know if they were even at the same hotel. We saw none of the issues mentioned in those reviews. The staff were amazing, especially the night shift who we interacted with the most. He gladly helped us with any questions we had about the hotel and location. Provided extra towels for us and was just super friendly and personable. Had some fun discussions during our time there. Very much appreciated!! We also truly appreciated the fact this hotel and it's staff has taken the time to think about our safety and security. There are security cameras inside the buildings hallways and common areas as well as outside all around the building. The entire area and in particular the front parking area are well lit. We also noticed the staff during the day and night would walk out front often and just look around the area to make sure everything was good. We absolutely felt safe there. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pricing is the best around and matched what we expected. The staff then as stated above exceeded expectations. So much so we even added an extra night stay there. Which, they accommodated effortlessly even as a last minute request and we didn't have to change rooms either.

So, this is the only reason we didn't give it a 10/10. The bathroom lacks a switchable ventilation fan. The one small central vent located above the shower was inadequate to remove the moisture. The vent cover itself was very dirty and covered with mildew from the moisture. A ventilation fan that can be turned on and off by the occupants is needed as well as some attention to detail by the cleaning staff to clean it. Once cleaned the first time it would be a simple task to complete every few days or so. We had nothing else negative to say about the property and our stay. We had a great time while in El Paso, thank you!

There was a safe in the room, in addition to the refrigerator and microwave. The room was large size and the bed comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was very good.

The coffee maker in the room uses a different coffee system than the packets provided. IOW, the packets didn't fit the coffee maker. The staff was a bit surly, both evening and day shift. Evening shift was totally indifferent to my presence. At 9:00 am I fetched something from my car and my key didn't work when I returned. I went to get it fixed and the clerk asked if I was checking out. Seemed to be annoyed that I wasn't checking out just then. Told him that I would be checking out shortly and he seemed disappointed that I was staying longer.

Room was clean and comfortable. The ac worked amazingly. Everything was great. Even the bathrooms were maintained better than more expensive hotels I've been to. I felt safe there and wasn't worried about my car

It's very basic. Coulda paid a little more and had breakfast and a gym at another hotel. But I get it's a basic hotel. Only 2 actual complaints. The coffee was the worst I've ever had. And the whole hotel smells of fragrance. Luckily, it wasn't overpowering because I'm really sensitive to that stuff. But there is a very noticeable fragrance smell.

I assumed it would be an older building and it was, but it was kept up reasonably well. The location was good and certainly felt safe. I appreciated the price and the ease of entrance and exit.

The lights were bizarre. The bathroom had 2 huge lights, but one didn't work at all whereas the other one had a super dim light only. So using the bathroom was a pretty odd experience. This was in room 127 I believe.

This place was GREAT!! Everything was clean and worked properly. There were patches of GREEN grass outside of every first floor room! And a green area to walk your dog! This is in El Paso Texas at the end of June! Sprinkler system in operation!

Nothing to dislike!!

The room was quite lovely, especially for a "no frills" hotel/motel. The bedding was very nice, the room was a nice size, and our little Elvis was quite comfortable there. All of the grass outside the rooms made for easy walking of Elvis and allowing him to do his thing.

A breakfast bar would have been nice, but that would have simply been a bonus.

The staff was very pleasant. My room was very clean and smelled fresh. I noticed how quiet my room was and that made it easy to get plenty of rest to continue my route. The parking lot had plenty of spaces and felt my truck was safe. I will choose this hotel again when I travel this was again. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Can’t believe this place was $50 a night have paid $150 for the same type of room. Updated, nice space big beds great linen, phenomenal room service. Quiet and most guests are business travelers. Best hotel for the price in El Paso.

No food for sale besides vending. Would be nice to have a little continental breakfast set up. First come first serve for maybe 25-50 guests.
