I like that the room I got was on the ground floor near to the reception desk because I had some luggage.

I think the price could have been a little less although it was advertised a s a deal. I only spent a few hours since my flight was 6AM. I know you have a set rate, but I think in the future yo could consider making accommodation or adjustment to the price base on the length of time the client would be staying if they are just checking in so that they can have easy access to the airport for very early morning flights. Another thing, some should be there to retrieve the trolley, luggage cart and take it back to the front or at least have more than one.

I left my glasses at the hotel when I was traveling to San Francisco. On my return, I had a layover in Houston, and the hotel kindly arranged a shuttle service to pick me up and take me back to the hotel at no cost. They were very responsive and helpful. One thing to know is that they offer this shuttle service as part of the hotel fee, so make sure to use it! I didn’t realize at first and paid for an Uber from the airport to the hotel. The location is great, and there are good food options around.

The smell. Although I stayed in a non-smoking room, there was still a noticeable odor. It wasn't overwhelming, but it's something they could work on improving.

I like that the hotel was not far from the airport. I needed a room for one night as I missed my flight and so it was great option. The truth is from what was advertised and offered, I would not change a thing. The Manager and Staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating.

Only a 10’ drive to Houston George Bush Airport. Hotel also offers free shuttle bus, we only used the hotel to airport one and it arrived on time and it was a very smooth process. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean and spacious and it’s a great value for money. Just a short drive away in Humble there are a lot of restaurants and stores if you need to spend the last evening in the area.

Room make-up was deficient. The room was for 2 people, but they only provided coffee for one. And there was no front desk person on duty when I went to get more coffee. No lamps at bedside, meaning only overhead, blinding lights could be on--very uncomfortable. No decent restaurant anywhere near--just a couple fast food places.

Good location for people who are coming or going to the IAH airport. Free shuttle service to/from airport. Friendly staff. I also liked the coffee machine in the room.

Very minor thing, but the water pressure in the shower was unnecessarily high. It even hurts your skin a little. It also made the bathroom floor completely wet. Some people may enjoy it though.

This was an ideal stop over, close to the airport. It's clean and well-equipped. The wifi was fast and there's a few restaurants in walking distance. The staff were friendly and even organised a complimentary return shuttle trip to the airport. Every aspect was excellent and I can heartily recommend it.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Reservation and check-in was easy. Front desk asked me if I needed the airport shuttle the next morning, helped me lock in a time and gave me a wakeup call so I didn't miss it.

The light switches were probably supposed to make things easier but, for me, it was harder. I don't want the main and bathroom lights on at the same time every time. Couldn't get the bathroom lights to turn on at all for a minute until I figured out the light switch recipe.

This is my 4th time at this great budget hotel for a layover between flights. Clean and comfortable with good shuttle.

I really wish they had bedside lamps... the pot lights are either on (bright) or off (dark), Next time I will ask for a room further from elevator/lobby..

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and since we didn't have a vehicle we could walk to restaurants and the convenience stores at the gas stations. The hotel also had an airport shuttle, which was very helpful.

The shower was only lukewarm, not hot
