The staff were great, we had to extend for an extra night so they were able to get it done, no hassles on a holiday weekend no less. It stays very busy there.

There is a lot of highway construction on I2 at the hotel area and that made it a little difficult to navigate. The only issue we had was low water pressure. It was due to the construction. Hotel was very good for the price.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and we are looking forward to staying there again. We would really like the same room.

The checkout time at 12. The breakfast. The ladies by the breakfast area were extremely nice and ask if we needed anything.

The beds were too small, not enough toilet paper.

Housekeeping started knocking on doors at 6 am formroom cleaning, service at check in was very slow because there was only a new recepcionist.

I've stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions. I like that there's a separate living area from the sleep area/bed room (king suite). There's room for my boys to chill and watch what they want on their own TV if i want to watch something different. Even though it's a high traffic location, it's still quiet. Staff has been really nice and professional on both occasions. We didn't eat on site but they did let me know there was breakfast available when I checked in. This is definitely my go-to from now on.

Pull out sofa mattress was a bit old/yellowed and not as comfy- very springy, but it goes in the sofa so I get it. The layout made it hard to pass through to the other room when the sofa bed was out and I kept hitting myself on the frame but it's not a deal breaker. My boys slept well on it, regardless. . The sheer curtains slide open and close. The thicker curtains did not. I tried closing them a few times before I realized they were set. I prefer sleeping in a completely dark room. Again not a deal breaker.

Great customer service, staff was the greatest very friendly . Great location close to restaurants. And great breakfast.

I didn't love that the rooms were not accessed from inside the building. Also, I think because I paid a day or so ahead of time that I paid more than people just walking in.
