Breakfast buffet has many healthy items like ripe fresh fruit and whole grain breads, bagels, cereals. There are lots of more indulgent items also... bacon, eggs, pancakes... something for everyone. Dinner offerings included three choices of fresh fish - which was unexpected but very welcome - as well as other entrees and a big buffet. The salad bar is extensive and top notch. Lots of good choices when you dine here. Service was friendly and responsive. The location is great... right next to the Park, with free National Park Service shuttle pickup in front of the Hotel. The shuttles run frequently into and throughout the Park.

It was a bit of a walk over unpaved parking lots to our "Lakeview" building from the hotel restaurant, lobby, and shuttle. No big deal, though.

The room was quiet and very clean. The bed and seating were comfortable. Ruby's is a massive facility with long 2-story buildings. My building--with lake view--had an elevator to get luggage to my 2nd floor room--thank goodness! I stayed for three days and asked for NO room service. However, each day I received a bag with new towels and toiletries hanging on my door. That was a sweet surprise. Breakfast was excellent--buffet in the very good restaurant. Loved the stay!

Driving around the complex took patience and caution. Random paved roadways to get to the buildings but no organized way to get around. Need to be aware of other cars backing up, coming around blind corners. Use caution, at slow speeds!

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. Close to Bryce canyon and other scenic views, hiking trails. Grocery shop, restaurants, camping areas, almost everything is available at this location. This hotel has a separate laundry building where you can wash and dry your cloths for fair prices. Machines are operating with quarters (coins only) therefore if you need change you can pop in the grocery store for it. Most shops are aiming tourist with lots of memorable staff starting from fridge magnets to clothing all the way to hand crafted things or even paintings. You will find all kinds of tours, hiking experience, ATV or UTV rentals etc... in the area. The hotel is well equipped with everything. Even it has a huge indoor pool and next to it spa pool (free to use) available for about 6-8 people to use at one time. Our room was tidy and big enough for me and my wife. Pricing was average, affordable and bufe breakfast was included in it. The hotel restaurant was very busy (almost always) that you need to queue for table and ones one freed up, they lead you to an available one, can't chose your spot. It has a good food choice for everyone to be satisfied. We enjoyed our stay here, even extended it with an extra night. Recommended to stay here

Nothing that we did not like. Everything was perfect for us.

Overall, I had a great stay at the hotel. Its location is excellent, just minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park, which made visiting incredibly convenient. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the breakfast, which was both good and varied, offering plenty of choices to start the day. I also tried the buffet dinner, and it was surprisingly good value for the price.

The only thing I would have appreciated is a bit more information at check-in about the different ways to get to the park. For example, I didn’t find out until later that there was a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel, which would have been very helpful to know upfront.

The free breakfast buffet was incredible! The location couldn't be better. We were able to go for an early morning hike in Bryce Canyon National Park and still have time to come back to the hotel to eat a great breakfast. The exterior of the accommodations are amazing. The room appearance at first sight was beautiful. The wall colors were great and the beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture is older, but in great shape. The granite countertops are beautiful and having a sink in the shower room was unexpected but appreciated. The shower was very clean and worked great!

The carpet in the room was disgusting. The tile floors were dated and needs grout repairs. The faux ceiling in the bathroom was really creepy.

Old but delightful. The musty smell in the hallway will take you back to your childhood and summer holidays. It’s wonderful. Comfy beds and great surrounding property to walk your dog. Buffet breakfast included in price had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and French toast plus some fruit cocktail choices…I think canned but don’t quote me on that. Hard boiled eggs too which is always a plus. Coffee is so excellent I brought my cup to my room (yes I returned the cup).

Is it because we have the dog? Or because we used booking that we always seem to the get the crappy room (see pic) We paid extra for the “deluxe” room and they gave us room 7037. You don’t want that room. Overlooks loading dock and noisy when the window is open. (See pic) And we arrived right at check-in time. They offered to switch us but we had already unpacked all our stuff…but why give out that room in the first place. It’s terrible. You are in the this beautiful place and they give you this room? We ended up with a 15% discount which we appreciated, but I would say, turn that room into storage.

It is a hotel but more like a lodge. Has everything you need in their little shop. It feels very western which is fun. It is an extremely small town and does seem to be the main hotel. The bathroom had some wear and tear and needed some maintenance updates (squeeks everytime you shift in the shower, peelin wall panels) but was functional. Beds were a little stiff but ok. Pillows a little overstuffed but ok. Super convenient location for Bryce canyon. They did have a nice free buffet breakfast in their restaurant which serves the basics (biscuits, gravy, pancakes, toast, bagels, bacon, potatoes, cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs). Some ppl have complained in reviews about nothing healthy which is accurate but they are serving your classic American hotel breakfast so I'd say it meets expectations.

Bathroom could use some maintenance fixes but it was functional for use.

The room was older, but still updated. Loved the decor. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Room has a fridge and microwave. I also loved that the housekeeper dropped off a bag of towels, toiletries, and extra coffee outside our door even though we had the 'do not disturb' sign up when they came by. This is a nice touch. I wish more hotels did this. The buffet breakfast is amazing!

The indoor pool was overcrowded. It is the only indoor pool in Bryce City, so it makes sense to be crowded during winter months but it was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel, and we didn't get to use the facility.

The room was good-sized, clean and it came with a "pod-style" coffee maker (with "liquid" creamers) ... (nice touch for "first-thing-in-the-morning" coffee drinkers). Although we stayed there only one night, we enjoyed the ample selections of the buffet-style dinner, in the hotel's restaurant, and the "included" buffet breakfast the following morning (also with ample selections). Great Location! The only way to stay closer to the park would be "inside" the park itself! There's a large general store, and souvenir shop, (on site) both with a wide variety of goods. The hotel's grounds are huge, and the parking lot appears to have some special sections available for RVs, with what looks like some sort of hookup. Although we only had a limited amount of time to enjoy Bryce Canyon, we will be back! And, when we do, we will definitely stay at the Ruby Inn again!

Nothing. The stay was wonderful!
