I stayed in Suite 27. The rooms are modern. Comfortable beds. Parking right outside the door. Easy check in and check out.

I had zero complaints and would stay here again. They do not yet offer breakfast, but their brochure in the room says that they plan to add that option in the near future. However, Subway is just across the street for a quick breakfast sandwich.

Clean. Room had a patio, refrigerator, and microwave. Decent Wi-Fi. Location convenient to the yoga festival we were attending (less than 10 minutes away from Maxwell Park) and Water Canyon Winery was only a block away. A friendly neighborhood cat visited us everyday on the patio.

Nobody was in the office for the check-in/check-out process…there was a note on the door with a number to call. Received key code via text message (which my friend said was kind of normal nowadays with Airbnb…I’ve just never experienced it before). My friend who is sensitive to fragrances thought the air freshener in the room was too strong.

The room was very clean with modern appliances. Restroom was amazing with it's modern design and ease of use. Great little backyard area with a view

The restroom sink was a little clogged, the water took a bit of time to go down. The blinds didn't really close all the way which made it difficult to sleep once the sun came up.

This place is nothing like staying at a hotel or inn. This is getting a home near Zion. The units are very well equipped. We got one fully equipped (literally it has everything a modern home has) and one not fully equipped (sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker), but both are very comfortable. Huge TVs to relax after going to Zion, spacious... It's all good there! Tip: Drive 3 mins to Arizona border and there is an amazing grocery store where you can buy drinks!

Not that I didn't like, because we knew, but maybe a reminder that these are 45 mins away from the entrance of ZNP.

Everything was wonderful, except for the smell of the room. The staff were excellent, facilities excellent, breakfast was adequate (not great, but good enough)

Our room had a distinct unpleasant smell to it. To me, it smelled like damp dog. It was strong. I didn't say anything about it because we didn't want to have to change rooms once we got there.

It was so simple and easy to check in and get into our room. Everything felt so new and so clean it was better than we could have imagined after a long day on the road. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and would 100% stay there again!

This was an unbelievable room. It was clean, spacious and had everything we could have wanted. Really great location with spectacular views. I cant say enough good things about this room. It was awesome!

There is nothing about this room or our stay that I would say anything negative about.

Super clean, comfortable beds, large living area, large bathroom and walk in shower, soft bath towels, lavender/sage liquid hand soap, patio with table and chairs, refrigerator with separate freezer, complimentary bottled water and snacks, 8 pillows, super easy check-in and out, quiet from road noise, great value! Wish I was staying an extra day.

- staff was helpful and proactive about checkin and checkout - the room felt airbnb-like, very homey and nice when you're not in a typical hotel for once. lots of room for two with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and spacious bedroom with storage space for clothes. - kitchenette was filled with tea and coffee options. - it was really convenient for us to stay there and then drive to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would have loved to stay longer, but we headed to the Grand Canyon after a few nights. - probably the cheapest deal in the area. - there are supermarkets in close proximity.

- the heating system wasn't always responsive/ a little difficult to figure out at times - kitchen could be better equipped

The suite itself was brand new & very comfortable.

Check in was very awkward as there is no one there so you have to call a number. Because we were from Canada, our phones didn’t work so we had to contact a neighboring business to place a call for us. Not pleasant when you are tired from a busy day of traveling. Also it’s right on the highway so lots of traffic noise.
