Large, stylishly decorated bedroom, large bathroom, very comfortable bed and sofa. Overall a very nice hotel in an excellent location. Not the cheapest but good value for the money.

There was no Do Not Disturb hanger to put on the door. I asked for one at the front desk and was told one would be brought up. It wasn't. Three times that day housekeeping came to the door. The next day I had slept in and housekeeping were at the door shortly after 9am. Asked again at front desk for a DND door hanger and told (by same guy) one would brought up. It never was. Only had breakfast at the hotel on the final morning. Food was nice but the maître d wasn't in any kind of uniform, just casual clothes and a hoody. Not a major thing but not in keeping with such a nice hotel.

The location was great. There are plenty of things to see and visit within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Taxi service, Uber service is readily available. The coffee in the room that you make for yourself was GREAT coffee, much better than the famous super expensive coffee shops.

The room was small, but comfortable for one person. Bathroom was adequate size. Tub did not have safety strips in the bottom, very slick when wet. That could have been a safety hazard. They added a extra $30 to the room that you could use for the breakfast, which helped because the breakfast was $36 and it was the same thing you would get at a Comfort Inn or Days Inn FREE. I think they added this because I went through Booking.com because my friend did not have this added to his bill.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very helpful. They kept our bags for us after checkout. The restaurants on site also offered great service. The food was good. Location was great. We were in walking distance to several restaurants and stores. Neighborhood was very clean and safe!

The only thing that I could complain about is the price of parking. It’s always high in larger cities, but the price on the site did not match what we were charged. I should have clarified at check in.

The hotel was great. Employees were customer service-oriented, with a particularly favorable acknowledgment to Guest Service Agent, Mr. Frank Poku. The room was sparkling clean, uplifting and quite comfortable. The location is desirable relative to the White House and surrounding area.

The property is less convenient from Union Station with traffic delays galore if driving. Restaurants and shops appeared to be blocks away. Also, not appreciated were the “property fee” and “destination fee.”

The most impressive and important trait that made our stay very enjoyable was the staff. Everyone, from the front desk worker Frank to the the wonderful staff of the breakfast room, was welcoming, gracious, and very helpful. Fedi, a concierge, was very gracious and helpful. We were very pleased with the location near the White House and other attractions we wanted to visit. I'd highly recommend this hotel for others who want to see the tourist sites of DC and stay in a comfortable, very pleasant and supportive hotel.

The only problem we encountered was the sudden lack of hot water in on of our two rooms, Room 499, which we booked for our family of four from California. It happened Saturday evening, and they assumed it was temporary and didn't report it until Sunday morning after it persisted. I would've rated the hotel a ""10" above except for this problem.

Beautiful and clean! Breakfast was delicious! Staff was very nice and friendly. Comfy bed.

Too many hidden and unnecessary fees. Resort fee i understand but upon arrival, a daily destination fee that was different among the 8 of us. It was $25 one day then when another couple check in next day it went to $30. This is taken out of the $200 deposit incident fee. We were unaware of these fee but claim to give you that same fee in credits for free food and Lyft credits so actually you still paying at end of day. Also no pool here.

The hotel location and cleanliness of the hotel room were very good.

Hotel stuffs are needed to be trained more, especially for accounting. I made reservations for three rooms including rooms for my accompaniers (co-workers) with my credit card. When my accompaniers checked-in and checked-out, they asked front desk stuffs to change a payable credit card to their own credit cards. However, finally their accommodation fees were charged to my credit card, too. (duplicated) I needed to spend my time to correct the payment after the stay. Even though the hotel itself is very good, but the experience with the front desk stuffs were a really disappointed.

The reception area and bedroom were tastefully decorated and clean. The buffet breakfast had an excellent choice of items and the quality of the food was very good

The member of staff at reception who checked me in and out lacked warmth and his manner was off hand and abrupt. He did not represent a positive first or last impression of the hotel. The staff I encountered at breakfast were friendly, polite and professional, exactly what I would have hoped for from the receptionist.

The location was very good. It was clean. The valet and bell staff were very nice.

The check in desk could have been nicer. They forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers, then when I requested them the woman Theresa acted like I was bothering her then she gave me just 3 when there were 4 of us I paid for. Other than front desk staff lacking hospitality the only issue was a faint garbage smell in our room. Everything else perfect.

The staff was great and very accommodating, we were well taken care of. The location three blocks from the White House was perfect. The room was nice, clean and comfortable but no view. Since I am a Veteran, they gave us coupons for the four of us in my group - free one drink (up to $25) and breakfast (good for the breakfast buffet - $35). The breakfast was very good.

Nothing comes to mind. The hotel does not have a pool.
