It is clean inside the room and public area, lobby, breakfast area, gym etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

1. The noise of air conditioning, the good thing is it doesn’t last whole night long. 2. The mattress is not hard enough and it could be a good thing for ppl who prefers soft mattress. 3. Hand soap mounted on wall kind of far from sink.

Spacious nice renovated room! Great location!

We were there for three nights, never once got our room cleaned, towels changed or pods for the coffee refilled. Asked to check out one hour later and the front desk guys lied to us saying they were full (they were not I proceeded to check online. Not only not full but over 20plus rooms to choose from) Left my AirPods in the room and they apparently were leftnot there even though find my iPhone says they are.

The Gym was very modern, extensive choice of equipment, very clean, 24/7 and well maintained. Nice and quiet outside area with bbq. Overall, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Excellent location for exploring Seattle. Very friendly staff and excellent communication.

Typical US hotel bed linen with the blanket wrapped in simple sheets - just annoying to sleep in - sorry. AC very noisy and cannot be lowered - auto setting pauses for some seconds and then restarts for minutes. Had to turn it off to sleep. Sound proofing not too good - street sounds noticeable on 8th floor with all windows closed. TV is not smart, i.e. no Netflix, etc.

Breakfast. Quality of the food was bad. We also did not know it was not a continental breakfast. We learned when we arrived that we each would have max $15/each to spend. That did not cover our drinks and a simple pair of eggs with toast and fries cost $16.

Room was huge -- 500. Very clean and quiet.

There was a group near the bar when we came in. They were very loud. We wanted to leave the lobby as quickly as possible. They were there, hours later, still drinking. And throwing up in the lobby bathroom. We wondered why the bartender didn't cut them off. Also: breakfast was mediocre.

I did not like that parking was an additional charge, and may not be an option if they were full.  We were also charged $75 extra for incidentals which would have been fine had been told ahead of time. It is stressful enough to book a room that you’ve never stayed at before and then find out there are all these hidden charges when you arrive. I would have liked to of known this all ahead of time as it could have made me consider a different hotel. We were only staying one night . The staff representative that checked us in made comments like I guess you have never stayed in Seattle before.We have stayed in Seattle before and travel frequently and not been charged for parking. I think it was condesending to reply to my inquiries that way.

Beds are amazing. Most comfortable beds ever. Rooms & Bathroom big. Staff very friendly Walkable to Needle. Lots of Bars & Restaurants close by. We loved the Local food was good. Water machine on the floor which was very handy. Great place to stay hor a couple of nights before our Cruise out of Seattle

I met the General Manager in the elevator by chance. He had a great sense of humor, willing to do whatever to make us happy. Nothing was needed. The room was the cleanest of any hotel I have stayed at!!! Catherine at the Front desk was a pure sweetheart and very helpful and accommodating. Our reservation was saved under our last name first which made it impossible to fine but she kept with it until she found it. Very helpful with a ton of little things never making us feel like a bother. The price of the hotel was cheaper than most in the area that extort us who plan a cruise. We have recommended the Alaskan Cruise to everyone we know!! I also recommend staying at Even hotel without question. Great towels, great service cleanest room ever, super friendly, what more can you ask for! It is also about 3 miles from the dock!

The restaurant wasn't the best. Expensive for what you got. And not open all the time.

The room was very nice and the workout options a nice touch, however didn't get the opportunity to use any of them due to short stay. The shower was wonderful and offered 2 types of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The pillows were the worst, flat and 0 loft. Terrible for people with back and neck issues, or really for anyone who wants a good night's sleep. It was very expensive considering there wasn't a free breakfast, uncomfortable pillows and the room coffee machine didn't work. Free coffee wasn't even offered in the lobby. It was 3.00 for a cup of coffee. It's possible to purchase breakfast, but since your in Seattle it's probably cheaper and higher quality to visit a local breakfast, coffee shop. The bathroom doors don't lock or fully close which is an issue when sharing a room with family members or co-workers. I wouldn't give this place an 8, but I'm unable to change the number, very interesting.

I asked about the shuttle to the cruise ship and they said I can pay by card because I did not have cash on hand. When the morning arrived the shuttle driver told me they only take cash. This made a huge problem for me as I was traveling alone.
