THE HOTEL LOCATION IS LOCATED AT DOWNTOWN AND BUS STOP IS NEARBY AND VERY CONVENIENT FOR TRAVELING
THE HOTEL DEPOSIT IS 100 US DOLLAR EACH DAY. ALTHOUGH THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED IF NO DAMAGE AND NO LOSS IN THE ROOM.

Well located hotel with clean room and nice staff.
The room was a bit small and the elevators were almost unusable.

I booked this hotel to be within walking distance of an event that I was attending. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were enough outlets to plug in everything. The shower was tall enough for a 5'9" person to not have to bend, and the hot water was fantastic. It came on right away, and never cooled off. The door of each room has a properly credited photo on it, which was really neat.
It's a minor dislike at best, but for the room that I had, the bathroom was a bit small. Aside from the shower, I could barely move around. If I were any taller or wider, I could not have fit in it.

Great location, friendly staff
Seemed like only one, small lift was working. Going down to the lobby was often a long wait for the lift.

Nice location and nearby sightseeing points.
One elevator is out of order and caused extra time for waiting!

My husband is a huge fan of the Seattle grunge scene and there was no better place to stay than the Hotel Max!!! Also loved Happy Hour!!!
The room was basic. We know it was rockstar/grunge themed but there was no coffee maker in the room and the bathroom sink was so shallow that if you wanted to wash your face, you couldn’t get enough water in the sink to do so. Also, I understand about the elevators being so small with being in a building over 100 years old but then you need to make sure they are both operational.

I liked the location and convenience of the area. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I decided to extend my stay when I needed another day, and it was pretty easy through the app. The hotel toiletries were also quite nice, similar to Aesop. I didn't have a problem with the noise, but I was deaf in one ear during my trip, so that may not be true if I visit again (ear plugs were provided). I appreciated the steamer as opposed to the iron as well for convenience. Overall, I think I got a great deal on booking.com and am happy I booked a solo room vs trying to cut costs with a hostel.
I didn't truly dislike this, but do think I need to mention that their elevators are very small. It's an older hotel that has been renovated with a theme (I believe) so some parts just have a worn down feel (although everything is clean). Also not a negative for most but for any allergy sufferers- the down pillows weren't great. Comfortable to sleep on but I woke up extra crusty. I would also say even with a larger room, storage felt very cramped.

Very clean, Friendly staff, Clean Bathroom, Comfortable beds, Towels were soft, Provided Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash. Lobby had a sitting area with chairs, sofas, and high top tables. Water was available in lobby to refill out water jugs.
Did not like that the Valet was $75 a night, and when I asked about other options, I wasn't told about where else to park and to figure it out. Found out that after 8pm the parking on the street was free. The parking lot directly across the street was $30 for 24 hours.

Very comfortable bed, fast wifi, loved the panache and style of the hotel. Also, given the Seattle weather in March/April, the umbrellas for use by guests and the fireplace!!! I appreciate that they are avoiding incessant towel changing etc from an environmental point of view.
One tiny ask - could you repair the broken bathroom tile under the sink in room 315? Given the high humidity, it's acting as a mould invitation. Other than that it was all good!

The motel was a 5 min walk from the train station which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
The shower was separate in a tiny room , the shower was good but drying off was a bit tricky because you had to dry off in the shower and you didn't want to knock the tap back on when drying off . The shower room was literally just the shower, you had to get dressed in the main room. It was handy having a separate toilet tho'( the sink and toilet were in a separate room).
