Andrew (valet) and Giovanni were the highlight of the stay. They both had a genuine desire to please and take care of my concerns. The truth is that thanks to them, this review is a 4 and not a 1. Moises was also very helpful. One other main feature is that it is within blocks of most downtown attractions.

Sadly, this list is longer than the above. 1) When it said it had own parking, I thought ok, $45/night. The first shock was that there was, but it only valet and $75/night. I now know that this comes with staying downtown - lesson learned. 2) To say they are renovating, is a little generous, but ground floor is frankly unacceptable. It is merely a couple of tables and a bench. No bathrooms, no chairs, lots of dust and wires - does not really "welcome". 3) for $300/night, it was a bit Spartan in setup. No coffee maker, no microwave 4) my wife goes to use restroom, and the seat has dry specs of urine, not a little, quite visible. Housekeeping came right away.

The location was amazing - being close to our concert at Benaroya Hall and a short walk to Pike Place Market! From the valet parking our car at check in until we checked out, all the staff were friendly and responsive. Our room was large with a big bathroom. We really liked the hot chocolate with multiple syrups and marshmallows at check in. Between 5-6, there was free wine and pizza in the beautiful lobby. Coffee and coffee syrups (better than the offsite coffee shop we went to) were available in the morning along with tea.

This is a great hotel for a visit to Seattle. It is in downtown but it is easy to Uber around to other neighborhoods from this location. You can walk to the Public Market. Many excellent restaurants you can walk to as well as a great downtown organic grocery store close by.

My room was not ready as expected but a wonderful gal came out from the back and made adjustments so that all was well within 5 mins. So grateful for her immediate efforts to fix the problem as I was going to a wedding that evening so timeing was essential.

The lobby felt outdated and the room were on the smaller size but I am not complaining

Rooms were clean, in good condition with plenty of space. Staff was helpful, we had three different people arrive at different times and the hotel was helpful to note the different parties to let them check in.

It was a bit expensive overall but I do not necessarily rate the hotel down for this since the price seemed to be inline with standard Seattle prices. Seattle prices have increased significantly since I last stayed in Seattle.

I like how he was even though it was under renovations and how well that was set up.

I did not like the fact that in order to get your valet parking, you literally had to park in the lane on the street. But that’s the city fault.

Valet parking was ok but a little slow. They could benefit by using an app.

The location was central to the main points of attraction in downtown Seattle. It was easy to navigate on foot from the hotel to Puget Sound, Pike's Place Market, the monorail, shopping and great food.

The person at the front desk when we checked in, Lucy, was awesome. She was so kind and sweet, and even followed up once we checked in to make sure everything was perfect and wished us a good time at the concert we were attending.

I was able to bring my cat. He loved looking out over the street from the second floor window. I relaxed. It was still quiet being in the middle of town.

No coffee machine. But then I only had an essential room. I stay at casino hotels a lot and always enjoyed free coffee to make in room.
