There was nothing I didn’t like. I loved the room, how soundproof it was and overall relaxing. I loved the shower, the bed, the drapes and the view from my room. It was an amazing experience from my first day to my last. I will be back!
The fridge in the room was a wine chilling model. Maybe add one that will get cold enough to keep creamer and water bottles cold. The Patagon restaurant on the first floor was good for drinks but not so much for dining.

Clean and comfortable. The only thing I dislike was the parking.

We stayed 4 days and went out the first three nights but not the last as we had needed a 0600 taxi for our trip to SEATAC as we had issues with the Air Canada Online Check-in program. We went out for dinner at Askar's, Pike Place and a Trader Joe outlet well south of the Museum of Flight. The two breakfasts we had at the restaurant were great (as were the waitstaff), as were the Reception, Security, Maintenance and Taxi Management staff as we were completely out of our depth in Seattle. Every request for assistance was taken seriously and we appreciated the timely and accurate advise provided by them all.
Nothing really.

Great location , great rooms , wonderful gym and steam room .
When we checked in I went to the car to grab our luggage and my wife went to the assigned room .When she opened the door she noticed the room looked occupied and realized there was a man sleeping on the bed . She quickly went down to alert the front desk of the mistake and they upgraded us to a higher floor room . The issue was she was very shaken up by this mix up and it took most of the day for her to get settled. We realize errors happen but this is a slip up that should not happen as we trust we are walking into an empty safe room .

The hotel was in a great location near and within walking distance of Pike's Market and many restaurants. The hotel front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
I dropped off my daughter and luggage and was in a loading/unloading zone, I was looking for parking garage on my phone when the valet asked me to move. He was only doing his job, but I felt he was a little rude and I hadn't been there more than a minute. I was also in the loading/unloading zone, not the valet area.

Would probably have to say location but don’t want to discount everything else. Staff was amazing and facilities were clean and very well kept!
One downfall I will have to share but I feel like I have had the same issue at several hotels recently and it’s the AC system. I feel like no matter how low I put the temperature it does not get cool enough and continually turns on and off. Because I have had the same issue at various hotels, I’m thinking the company and or building regulates the actual temperatures in the rooms, to a certain degree.

This hotel is literally one block from the famous Pike Place Market. The location is ideal. We walked to local bars & stores easily, and felt very safe. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff is exremely friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant and took it to our room. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant closed at 9pm on a saturday night. However, the rooftop bar stays open until midnight. I love the design of our rooms, with the dresser drawers built into the wall. The bathroom was also really nice. I would definitely stay here again, and plan to!
My only disappointment was that the hotel restaurant closed at 9pm on Saturday night.

Location was great, hotel was very nice overall
Not having housecleaning was our biggest complaint. We were there for a full week without service, clean glasses, new towels, more coffee, etc without haven't to beg someone. Not sure what the reasoning behind lack of cleaning services is. COVID was the reason I'm sure but that shouldn't effect service and stays anymore. Would have been an exceptional stay if housekeeping was daily (or even once).

Very good hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk or scooter ride from many great sights and experiences. We were there for the annual Blue Jays weekend and walked to and from the stadium, although the scooter ride was easier -- especially in a heat wave! The Sky Bar is a really nice venue and the hostess there is outstanding!
The poor air conditioning in our room, which sounds like a minor inconvenience but when you're trying to sleep during a heat wave, it's actually a pretty big deal. We cranked it down to 65 on the thermometer but there's no way it was even close to that. We keep our bedroom at home at 62 when sleeping during a heat wave, so we know exactly what a/c in the low to mid 60s feels like. Unfortunately, three nights of lousy sleep wasn't much fun. Please fix the a/c so that it reflects the actual temperature at which you set it.

clean and friendly
I believed that the room would be $400. Then maybe $500 with taxes. I didn’t understand how it averaged $750 a night. Resort fees? I don’t remember using there being even a hot tub.
