Our room was large, but the bathroom was kinda small for two people to get ready. We liked that our room had available snacks and drinks, that was nice, BUT all water should be free!!

We didn't have any food, we had drinks at the bar before going out shopping, later in the evening after dinner, we wanted to open our wine and forgot our wine opener, so you should have wine openers in the room or available at the front desk, NOT have to go to the bar on a busy Friday night and get a wine opener there.

Very convenient downtown location. I skipped the $68 valet and parked next door in the 24-hr lot for just $45. W maintains an ultracool image and the public spaces are low-lit. Staff was extremely helpful at checkin and when I picked up my sushi dinner delivery. I was upgraded to a suite at checkin so had more space than typical. Bath was roomy and provided a robe. Bed was excellent especially the pillows. Lots of windows in the suite and most had blinds to keep out the light—this was especially useful as my room faced the 24-hr parking garage with its 24-hr lights. Room service breakfast was prompt and tasty, and server was friendly. Elevators were excellent!

Music and noise from the bar was audible up on the 7th floor late into Saturday night. Cost of room service meant a $40 breakfast of coffee, pastries, and scrambled egg.

Front desk staff exceptionally friendly (Giovanni) and were able to check us in early. Room was huge, quiet, close to Pikes Place Market and cafes. We were able to use a gym, large bathroom, coffee machine, fruit water in lobby. Great hotel for cruise goers. Any request was filled right away. We had a perfect view of Mount Rainier

It’s a bit pricey

Centrally located to our planned activities, so driving or taxi’s would not be necessary. Hotel was clean and service was excellent.

$1,495.50 for three nights was excessive! The “spectacular” view from our room was the neighboring building. No view of water or city as expected.

Staff, room, location all good!

Accessing the hotel with luggage was a bit of challenge. The access for pedestrians had steps, if you have heavy luggage you need to access from the driveway which was a challenge with luggage as cars were present, so had to squeeze in between as not much space. Maybe it was bad timing for me. Otherwise everything was really good!

The bar/lounge was very comfortable and fun. Good music and good food and drinks. Our room was very nice with a lovely view.

We prefer having a refrigerator and microwave available in the room. Having alcohol, and mixers along with chips and candy in a drawer is only an uncomfortable tease for people on special diets.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown. Near attractions and great restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. W modern decor is cool.

Oddly the TP and tissue in the bathroom was not of great quality. Otherwise everything was quality: bedding, towels, toiletries, etc.

Excellent location. Large rooms with views. Boutique hotel vibes.

The restaurant/food orders were often backed up and seemed understaffed for the demand. Food quality is great, but the wait times were very long.

Size and standard of the room was excellent and exceeded my expectation. It was nice and quiet in the room despite hotel being in the city centre. There was a cafe at the hotel to get breakfast from which was handy to get a small bite and a coffee before going out.

I had to pay to use the wi-fi which has not happened to me before even in lower standard hotels. For a price I paid and a standard of W hotel I would expect a free wifi especially when traveling overseas without a free data roaming.

Location was nice. Not a typical hotel with large lobby but nice and liked it that way. Room was okay. Hardwood floor would suit the room and style of the lobby better. Also for hygiene reasons..

Location is good. Walking distance to the peer and Pike Place Market if you are okay with the hilly situation in Seattle. Valet parking is overpriced but convenient traveling with kids and late arrival.
