The bed was soooo comfortable and the pillows. Shower pressure was heavenly. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!!!!

The mirror closet did not close, so I had to push it to get by. The tub was not cleaned up on check-in. The top of the beds were dirty and full of dust. The dresser and bedside table was broken. Television kept blinking out and there was no guide to help with channels. Television stopped working on our last night. I reported it to the front desk and was told the television going out is normal. AC kept going out. We called the front desk for maintenance and were shown what button to keep pushing when it cut off which interfered with our sleep with room going from cold to hot.

Great man prepared breakfast and you could just tell he took pride in his job

My room was set at 90 deg when I checked in It took forever to cool down and then I found out y it was set at 90 the heater only blew hot at 90 everything else was cold My tv wouldn’t turn on Both of the above were reported And the bed frame was weird when u sat down it would move and make noise like it was broke The stair well was very dirty And parking lot was very hard to find parking (lots of visitors who could have parked better in the stone lot) and get in and out was no good signs saying this way in / out

Staff was nice, courteous. Rooms were impeccably clean.

It seems like some key staff assignments were missing as done. Trash cans overflowing, American Flag in the front was in tatters... Literally torn up and wrapped around the pole. The breakfast person didn't show up on time Sunday with an entire bus load of Canadian seniors forced to eat cereal. Elevator had a cigarette butt at the door track on 2 separate single night weekly stays. We had to point it out to housekeeping to grab it. Not enough to prevent us from booking again, but enough to not give a higher rating.

It was clean and the staff was very nice

I literally booked our room just minutes before we arrived, however they still overbooked. I booked a 2 queen bed room and when we arrived I was told they were overbooked due to being short staffed and we would have to take a king bed and a pullout couch bed. They should NOT have offered a 2 queen bed option if there wasn't one. Also, we arrived after dark and the parking lot was extremely dark in a sketchy part of town. Being 2 smaller females it was not the best experience...

Beds were very good and breakfast was very good.

Parking lot dimly lit. The nightstand between the beds had coffee cup lids stacked on eachother to hold the drawer shut. Unsuccessfully I might add. Was greeted after a good minute and a half because the emoloyee was too busy texting with her husband. Then the greeting was very rough and she was not happy I had interupted her conversation. I hated the fact she had to do her job. Maybe she was nicer to next customers. The dispensers in the shower were all empty. Glad I was there for only the one night. Won't stay there again and suggest you reconsider staying there as well.

Room & bathroom were clean and met our expectations for the night. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water & clean bedding. Staff at the front desk was helpful with our questions and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was hot and varied with options. This stay is just what we were looking for on our way through WV.

Cabinet in the room had seen better days (One cabinet door was loose but functional) and our room window was able to be opened but was not able to be closed completely (track was warped). We were on the 2nd floor so we weren't worried about it being a safety issue. More or less cosmetic things but nothing glaring.

The staff was very friend, and the kids loved the pool (we were celebrating my 7-year-old grandson's birthday. He wanted a pizza/swim party), the breakfast was actually real food, sausage, bacon,eggs,cereal, super donuts,muffins, biscuits,gravy,,juice, waffles (you make ya own),milk,coffee and fruit..... I will for sure stay again...

I wasn't crazy about location (there's a truck stop and a motel that allows lot lizards/ prostitutes), but you gotta build where you can build...

The staff were wonderful. Specifically George in housekeeping and front desk staff Sarah, Mica, Robin and Nesha. Any problems we had were taken care of promptly, if they were able to. They were all very friendly and kind.

The property needs a lot of updates. The shower in our room was leaking and we were unable to shower in our room. Luckily we were with a group and were able to shower in another room.

Continental Breakfast was great, the beds were extremely comfortable. Quick access to our vehicle. It was very quiet in the hotel, though the next morning the dining room was packed, so there were plenty of people there. Staff was friendly. The pool is a decent in size. Exercise facility has plenty of options.

Check-in was smooth, efficient and pleasant, the property overall was well appointed, well maintained, very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet dining area, food and service were outstanding.

Our stay was on a somewhat busy weeknight, the parking was a bit competitive and close/cramped, almost overflowing; just needed to take a little extra care when parking to keep from bumping vehicle or vehicle doors into other parked vehicles.
