The room was very comfortable, the bed excellent, and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast the next morning was very good, but we ate right at 7:00 a.m.

Three things pop in my mind, 1,we arrived at 4:30 but the desk clerk on duty said our room wasn't ready. He assigned us another room that he said was ready, but it was not. We finally got a room on the third try. 2, that same desk clerk needs to put a smile on his face, he was a little frumpy last, at breakfast, 40 minutes into it the motel ran out of plates, and had to run to the store to get some. We were fine, but several guests were inconvenienced. Poor planning ...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review My stay at Country Inn & Suites was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. My room was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night’s rest. The location is very convenient — close to dining options, shopping, and easy access to the interstate. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and felt safe during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the coffee was just what I needed to start my day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Brunswick. Excellent service, great value, and a comfortable stay — I’ll definitely be back!

Hotel was great. Experience with Booking.com was TERRIBLE. They did not send the reservation to the hotel, so we did not have a room when we got there. Although the hotel found a way to accommodate us, my entire family spent approximately 2 hours in the lobby trying to work with Booking.com to get it straightened out. Booking.com eventually just had us cancel the reservation with them, to be refunded - which I'm STILL waiting on 5 days later - and rebook/repay for the rooms. They insisted that's the only thing they could do and refused to take responsibility for the error that obviously occurred on their side.

Great Staff. The bed and bathrooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The TV did not work and when I called she told me she would give me a credit, but the next morning at check-out the other person behind the desk said he wasn't authorized but would talk to management. He was very nice about it. The floors in the room, halls and elevator were not all that dirty but didn't appear to have been vacuumed in some time as there were small bits of paper, thread and other things all around. It is obviously an old hotel in need of some maintenance, like paint chips not repaired and missing molding. In addition the Elevator was the slowest I have ever experienced but probably represented the age of the hotel. Lastly the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The eggs were tepid but the biscuits were very good.

The bed was soooo comfortable and the pillows. Shower pressure was heavenly. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!!!!

The mirror closet did not close, so I had to push it to get by. The tub was not cleaned up on check-in. The top of the beds were dirty and full of dust. The dresser and bedside table was broken. Television kept blinking out and there was no guide to help with channels. Television stopped working on our last night. I reported it to the front desk and was told the television going out is normal. AC kept going out. We called the front desk for maintenance and were shown what button to keep pushing when it cut off which interfered with our sleep with room going from cold to hot.

Great man prepared breakfast and you could just tell he took pride in his job

My room was set at 90 deg when I checked in It took forever to cool down and then I found out y it was set at 90 the heater only blew hot at 90 everything else was cold My tv wouldn’t turn on Both of the above were reported And the bed frame was weird when u sat down it would move and make noise like it was broke The stair well was very dirty And parking lot was very hard to find parking (lots of visitors who could have parked better in the stone lot) and get in and out was no good signs saying this way in / out

Was quiet and the staff was great. Some issues with the first 2 rooms was addressed very timely by the staff. Breakfast was good and location good also.

The carpet was dirty and in need of being shampooed. The pool area caused the floors to become muddy by pool people walking around wet and then people walking in it with shoes on. Elevator also wet and dirty. We were moved 2 times because the TV and frig did not work in 2 rooms we were in. Had to pack everything up and move which was irritating.

Staff was nice, courteous. Rooms were impeccably clean.

It seems like some key staff assignments were missing as done. Trash cans overflowing, American Flag in the front was in tatters... Literally torn up and wrapped around the pole. The breakfast person didn't show up on time Sunday with an entire bus load of Canadian seniors forced to eat cereal. Elevator had a cigarette butt at the door track on 2 separate single night weekly stays. We had to point it out to housekeeping to grab it. Not enough to prevent us from booking again, but enough to not give a higher rating.

I literally booked our room just minutes before we arrived, however they still overbooked. I booked a 2 queen bed room and when we arrived I was told they were overbooked due to being short staffed and we would have to take a king bed and a pullout couch bed. They should NOT have offered a 2 queen bed option if there wasn't one. Also, we arrived after dark and the parking lot was extremely dark in a sketchy part of town. Being 2 smaller females it was not the best experience...

Beds were very good and breakfast was very good.

Parking lot dimly lit. The nightstand between the beds had coffee cup lids stacked on eachother to hold the drawer shut. Unsuccessfully I might add. Was greeted after a good minute and a half because the emoloyee was too busy texting with her husband. Then the greeting was very rough and she was not happy I had interupted her conversation. I hated the fact she had to do her job. Maybe she was nicer to next customers. The dispensers in the shower were all empty. Glad I was there for only the one night. Won't stay there again and suggest you reconsider staying there as well.
