Upon check in special courtesy was extended to my father who walks with a cane. Staff sought out a room on the first floor, pointed out the second floor lift and offered to carry luggage to our room. The continental breakfast was fresh and hot with several drink selections. The room was a beautiful setting of freshly cleaned marble top tables and cushioned chairs that overlook well manicured lawns and garden. The breakfast bar staff, Sarah F., was exceptional. She continued to provide fresh food for those who came an hour after the breakfast service was to have stopped. She also went out of her way to provide a ride to the hotel lobby for my father. On the second morning of our stay she, again, went out of her way to supply a padded chair for my father, as the hotel breakfast room was only equipped with contoured plastic chairs. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water for the shower.

Communication with some of the desk staff was a bit challenging for myself and them. With patience and persistence on both parts we understood each other.

The bed is comfortable. Affordable price.

The room looked clean, but there was some stain on the bed sheet. The water pressure for the shower is very low. There are no curtains for the shower either. It makes the whole bathroom floor wet. The hot tub room is out of service the whole time we stay. The address did bring us to the exact building.

On site bar/restaurant. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Staff was great.

We paid for a deluxe room which Booking.com said would have a Spa Tub, we didn't even have a tub, just a walk in shower. The property could use a little TLC, definitely a little outdated. No towels by the pool. Noise from the hall and other rooms carried and made it hard to sleep. Dinner at Par 5 Bistro was not worth what we paid for, mediocre at best . But the bartenders were great!

The staff on site are kind and accommodating. They upgraded us to a larger suite for free, which included a Jacuzzi and porch, and gave us a $10 voucher for their bar as we were staying there as part of our anniversary.

There are no faults for this property, as this was our second time booking there. It is located in a quiet area and they had recently renovated their rooms.

Its a very family friendly area. The hotel is comfy and very cool to walk around! There was a wedding when I went so the restaurant wasn't available and the pool was closed but other wise it was great!

Nothing! Everything was awesome! The staff, location was pretty, and quiet rooms!

Staff was friendly and price was great. Came to watch Green Bay play on Thanksgiving. Everything was in Green Bay was overpriced and I found Par 5 . Drive was easy to the game.

the property was great not much to do outside of it but that worked out great for me. the town is really small

The room was very clean. It was very quiet at night We had a refrigerator microwave and coffee in the room. They gave us towels for the pool in our room instead of hoping for pool towels in the pool room. The pool area was very clean. The pool water temperature was very warm. It was very enjoyable even for me. The grandkids and I had lots of fun
